Amazing job I got beautiful nails and I’m a kid there worked so well with my small hands and got rid of all my hang nails without pain and the staff were super nice

I was hesitant to stop here due to all the negative reviews. But I needed a fill and they're right in the mall.The lady who did my nails barely spoke a word to me, so if you are looking for a chatty experience, might not be best for you. I personally don't mind it.While they're nothing fancy, it took this lady no more than 25 minutes to do an acrylic fill on a set that was grown out 4 weeks- by far the fastest I've experienced. They're holding up well and though they're nothing spectacular, if you need a quick in-and-out experience, would recommend. And I will be back!This set was $55 (sounds high, but for full color and considering the shape of my nails before this, reasonable)

I bought a $70 gift voucher for a friend who lives in Red Deer. I went into the mall and purchased the voucher in person, the lady told me that everything was good and that the details were on her system. Unfortunately, as I was visiting and staying in a hotel, I managed to misplace the voucher sometime before checking out of the hotel room. This was my own fault, but I hoped, as the lady had told me she had the details on her system, she would be able to transfer the amount to another voucher. I returned to the mall and explained what had happened. The lady said she remembered me, but could do nothing unless I remembered the voucher number. I said unfortunately that I didn't have it, and asked if she could just cancel it and return the $70. The lady just repeated that without the voucher number, she couldn't help. She said if I found the voucher then she would cancel it. I told her if I found the voucher, then it wouldn't need cancelling. I asked if there was anything at all she could suggest so that my friend might still be able to get her nails done. The lady completely ignored me and went back to doing another customers feet, complaining about me and the fact that I had not memorised the voucher number. Realising that this was going nowhere, I asked one more time to confirm so there's nothing you can do?"The lady continued to ignore me so I left.I want to clarify that it was my own fault that I lost the voucher. I hoped for

Absolutely awful experienceThe guy who did my nails litterally cut me with me grinder and didn't even apologize , nails were completely different shapes and sizes and all paint peeled off 3 nails in 4 days .I brought this all to the manager and not only did she completely ignore the fact that they caused me bodily injury (he slipped and split open the tip of my finger) but then said ah well I'll offer you 20 percent on getting them replaced. Like girl NO. You guys cut me and did a terrible job on the nails so bad that they didn't last 4 days . You should at the least be redoing them for free.Do not go here.

TERRIBLE SERVICE... CHEAP PRODUCT!! I took my 7 year old for a Pedicure Treatment .. they did a half job on her.. compared to Adult Pedicure & charged 70$.. Her nail polish came off 4 nails 2 days after. I brought my daughter back in to have them fixed but was met with huge attitude & then proceeded to tell me they were to busy to fix her 4 toes.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I always avoided this salon, but my mom wanted to get a manicure and she told us to try this salon. We waited in line for 40 minutes, then my mother was seated and I told the master several times that we wanted to. I’m returning in 25 minutes, my mother has already left and paid, I looked at the work that they did, I was shocked, for the first time in my life I went to the salon with complaints, because they took 60 dollars from my mother for disgusting work and also They took a tip from her, although she does not speak English. I said that they would return the money, but all they returned was just a tip. The girls who sat there and saw everything that happens, I hope they don't go to this salon to get their nails done again. I feel very sorry for those who think that this is a great job for the money. DISGUSTING!!!!

I’ve come here many times and have had great experiences as long as it’s one of the women doing my nails. Every time I’ve had to have my nails done by the guy that works there it’s been TERRIBLE. My nails are misshaped, he didn’t push back my cuticles and didn’t even get the nail all the way back to the cuticle so after only a week they’re already grown out. He’s also generally just rude and he’s super rough. He has no regard for how he’s yanking on your hands and wrists. I don’t know how he still works there, it’s been years of him being horrendous.

She spent an excessive amount of time shaping my nails only for my sides of my nails to be lumpy and with hooks, the tops of my nails are not smooth and have divots and lumps and after 5 days are already lifting for $85. This is not what I would have expected. When I originally picked a color for my design she really looked at me and bluntly said nope I won't do that on you because she didn't like the color. Horrific customer service and even more horrific nails.

Do NOT attend this salon. I dropped in for a gel manicure one night for the first time, and asked for a red french tip with almond shaped nails. The end of my extension had grown out completely since my last mani. He (the man doing my nails) asked if he should remove it, to which I said yes. In order to remove the extension MOST places would soak the nails in acetone to weaken the glue holding it on and would use an electric file to remove the remaining shellac on top. Not here apparently! He grabbed a nail extension, stuck it underneath my shellac polish, and began to rip my nails off one by one. Most painful experience I have ever had at a nail salon, it felt like medieval torture. My natural nails were left looking so incredibly jagged at the ends, and like I tried to cut them into puzzle pieces. He then did a sloppy job applying shellac, missed painting over multiple spots at the edges of my nails, and was not friendly or patient at all. He didn’t wear gloves, or use a clean nail file, and it felt unsanitary. My nails hurt for hours afterwards, and I was charged $89.25 for it, which felt unreasonably high for the work that was done (did not tip by the way) This Q Nails is not worth your time OR money. Maybe I just had a bad experience by fluke, but I am not happy with their service and will advise others to not attend their salon.
