Hilti Store - Montreal Laval

The worst service ever! A lady came to pick up two heavy boxes and they refused to help load them in the truck!!!! 5 big Hilti men were in the store!!!! Amazing!!

Le staff est super gentils mais mal qualifié pour le service le temps d'attente est extrêmement long

Very unimpressed today at 4:00pm on Sources Blvds. One of your employees a man in his middle age driving a red Ford F150 with the license plate number FNN4849 was swerving and speeding almost cutting me and many others off just to show off. As we approached the red light he just gave us a stare as if he was trying to prove a point. Now I don't know if something had occurred during his day to behave this way but this give the company a very bad reputation. I hope management will read this and revise how these immature acts may cost them intangible damage.(Note: I had posted this originally on Hilti Canada St-Laurent as I did not know which location the employee belonged to. Noticed management replies to this location page).

Very expensive but the absolute best customer service in the industry, worth every penny

Bonjour , hilti canadaÀ présent de hilti CanadaJe suis comme un client fidel , insatisfait et bien dessus de communiqué avec vous Directeur de l'est du Canada abdel amrahar ,hilti Canada plutôt devrait engager des personal plus qualifiés et avoir des expériences de service à la clientèle ,cette attitude ca va perdre des clientèle....Merci.
