Very devoted staff. Place is clean and they keep the families very well informed about your loved one. When I call to talk to my Dad who is Blind and has Alzheimer's disease I either can talk to him or he is doing one of their many activities which makes me happier for him because he was super active when we lived together.thank you Haro Park Centre staffers!

When they are done with you as staff they will just kick you out on the street like a stray dog! 20 years of service to them means nothing to them! Dust in the wind! They have some corrupt staff and do nothing and even when informed. Watch your back!

Do not allow your love ones to move here! After my father was coerced into moving here, his condition rapidly declined and he passed away within the year and he was miserable throughout. Then when we collected his belongings, we discovered several of his valuable possessions were missing. None of the staff could explain why his things were gone. No accountability.

Staff may do minimum because of job descriptions; Generally an easy going place at a relaxed pace; there's a Gap in service and resulting need for better quality room keeping/tidying assistance for those with physical mobility and mental heatlh issues such as depression and psychological pain (sorrow and heartbrokenness).
