WHC is an amazing place to live. The membership is comprised of families of various means (subsidy, middle class, etc.). The co-op is very clean, respectful and collectively a responsible part of the the Westboro community.After having lived as a member, I don't know why anyone would waste their money on the purchase of a home. It is far more cost effective to live in a coop.
