Had our first visit with Sydni today. After meeting with her previously, I had some hope that I’d be able to get my boi back into a groomer after the disaster at the last one that left him unable to stand up on his own for six days.Within a half hour, the shaking stopped, the panting stopped, and our meet’n’greet turned into a complete brush out. Given that the dog is bigger than she is by half, I’d say today was a huge success!He’s home and happy and so am I. Sydni’s calm, easy manner had both of us enjoying his spa day, and me looking forward to the next, and being able to leave him there on his own with full confidence.

Thank you Sydni for taking our Marley. This is our first dog needing to be groomed and had a hard time finding a place that worked for us getting him in. Response time was quick when booking and the results were amazing. Will be returning again. Already have friends that may look you up for their dog.

Roxy went for her first groom and came back looking amazing. Sydni was able to get her claws done and the hair by her eyes trimmed, will definitely be taking her back.

Patient and gentle. Exactly what our senior boy needs these days. Sydni listened to my concerns, prioritized the necessities and was willing to accommodate an ‘as tolerated’ groom. Our boy came home very calm, content and cute as can be. Our new groomer for as long as he is with us :)

My little girl “Hope” is a 17 year old shih tzu/Lhasa apso. Last year her groomer of 16 years retired. I have found it impossible to find a new groomer for Hope. She is no longer able to hear or see and has cognitive dysfunction. After much heartache - I found Sydni!! What an incredible blessing for both Hope and me. She really listened about Hope’s needs in a new environment and worked with Hope at Hope’s pace and tolerance. I’m in tears - of pure joy - that Sydni cared for my little baby with such love. Sydni is awesome - patient, caring, calm and truly exceptional in managing Hope’s temperament. One of a kind. I highly recommend her for your baby’s next groom.

Service was excellent from booking to the appointment itself. Our poodle received a gorgeous cut with the full attention and reassurance of the groomer, without the anxiety she has experienced in other, busy environments. Excellent from start to finish!!

She did a fantastic job of getting to know our pup and making her as comfortable as possible. The whole grooming process was quicker than previous groomers which made it so much less stressful for our pup. We highly recommend Joli Puppie Pet Grooming!!

Joli Puppie Pet Grooming
I brought my 10 week old puppy Harley in for his first full grooming and Sydni took special care to make made sure he enjoyed the entire experience. He looks so dapper now, and smells great too. Will definitely be back for his next grooming.
