Their service was excellent. But now they are owned by Telus. And the next 3 days, I got 4 calls from Telus asking me to sign up for a plan, which I don't want. So, excellent service, but perhaps a risk of telemarketers calling afterwards.

iPhone 12. I'm a knucklehead and put the sim card in the wrong way.The service I received Sat Feb 18th 2023 was top notch. Each time risk was highlighted and diligent work put into solving the problem.After leaving to spend time with the family while the work went on at 615 I received a call letting me know the phone was ready to go. Gave me enough time to get their before they close at 7.Funny enough a customer who was in the shop with me earlier looked to have returned and were answering his follow up questions just before close at 7pm.Highly recommended!!

They repaired my Samsung fold. Fast easy and pretty reasonable pricing. No need to find someone else for future repairs. Very happy.

Mohammed was fantastic and really friendly. They happened to not be busy so he replaced a screen while I waited. I cracked above the sensors and he explained all the potential issues and options depending on if sensors were broken under screen. I will be back and will tell all my friends!

I live in the neighbourhood; there is one nearby phone repair shop on Avenue Rd. and I admit, I haven’t tried it.This is a rebranded Ubreakifix which was in the neighbourhood for a few years. I was happy with Ubreakifix and I am also very happy with the service I got at Mobile Klinik on Avenue Rd.I had trouble charging my phone, so walked in asking for a charger port replacement. They wound up cleaning the charger port for free, which was gummed up with linen.When I asked them to change the depleting battery, the cost was modest. It only took them about 30 minutes.When I returned to pick up the phone, theysaid the screen inadvertently broke while they were replacing the battery, but replaced the screen without charge. I am not really surprised the screen broke broke because it was an aftermarket to begin with, as it is a 4 yr old phone. When I mentioned it had a screen protector, they replaced it for free, no questions asked. So I now have, in effect, a brand new iPhone X with a new battery and screen to boot, which I expect will last me for another 4 yrs. Even if I had paid for the screen, it is money well-spent compared to an expensive new phone.The folks who work at this store (Mohammed and some other kind fellow whose name I missed) are honest, quick and good, which are the critical elements in this area. I recommend them highly.

A must go to place for repairing. My laptop fell down and stopped working. I went to mobile klinik and my laptop was fixed in a few minutes. I would say really nice service and must recommend.
