We couldn't be happier with Todd and his entire crew. Todd was the only contractor that presented a detailed quote in person and delivered on every single aspect of it. We had both our bathroom and kitchen tiles removed and replaced as well as new shower and bathtub installed. They also put in a new counter top and lights in the kitchen. We are very happy with their work and with all the trades they used. Todd was very professional and kept everything on schedule. I highly recommend them.

Unreasonable service and underwhelming communications. We had to terminate the work mid-contract due to a dispute.We had a large basement project involving multiple parties and the municipalities. Initially, everything looked fine from a project management perspective as they reassured that they will think in our best interest, which in hindsight looks like a bid low, price high strategy. This was followed by numerous change orders, cost overruns, and changes to the scope of work all without any communications nor consent. We were basically put in a position where we were forced" to pay for things we DID NOT agree to.His team's drywall work quality is actually not bad

Great company to deal with

We contracted TEHK to finish our basement in a newly constructed home. The area is about 2000 sq feet. Todd did a thorough assessment of the project based on our expectations and gave us an initial idea of what to expect. We worked together on developing the plan and all the finishing details. Todd has a lot of knowledge and expertise and he guided us and satisfied all our expectations.Tood secured the building permit and followed the codes thoroughly and isnpections were all approved upon completion.He organized all the trades necessary keeping us informed every step of the way. Everyone involved was very professional. The transitition was seamless between different trades.Any questions or concerns were promptly answered. Todd and Emma were very patient and always accomodated any change we made.We were able to stay on budget.We are very happy with the final result and can reccomend TEHK %100.

I engaged TEHK Construction to finish a 900 sq. ft. basement. The work included a family room, wet bar with custom cabinetry and 3 piece bath. Todd was the only contractor who presented the quote in person and took the time to review the scope of work included in the price. The trades he engaged were professional and delivered quality products and services. Questions were promptly answered and the project was completed with no surprises.I will definitely call TEHK for future home improvement projects and highly recommend Todd and team to others.
