My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a weekend getaway in Woodstock, NY. For a little excursion we rented bikes and rode the Rail Trail right next to this shop. We had the absolute best experience ever! We haven’t rode bikes since we were kids lol and they were extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. The experience was exciting and absolutely beautiful. You get to be apart of nature in such a fun way! The prices were very reasonable. It made our getaway an adventure and it was the highlight of our stay.

Super friendly staff from beginning to end. This was my first time bringing a bike into a shop and I was completely lost. I informed the staff my boyfriend's rear brakes weren't working and they made the process seamless. They squeezed in my request in a timely manner since I was only there for a few days. They made our bike ride possible. Thank you and we will be back!

Overlook Bicycles is my new go-to place for all things related to bicycles! Expert service, some great advice on the side, and an excellent selection of products.I had an issue with my e-bike which was a challenge given that I didn't have a way of getting it to them other than to ride it, so I wouldn't have had an easy way to get home again. No problem! They took care of it on the spot - and at a very reasonable price!.

Kind, welcoming, unpretentious and capable staff plus a fully stocked bike shop with service technicians in house = awesome! This is the kind of shop you just want to hang out in. If you are wandering down Tinker street, this shop is worth the stop for the good vibes alone!

Billy and the rest of the team at Overlook are simply the best to deal with.. I have over the course of 10 years living here, had my daughters, mine and my wife's bike in for repairs and tuneups. Service is always quick, fairly priced and good the first time. Highly recommended !!

Can't say enough good things about this shop and the staff. I've been here multiple times for repairs, adjustments, the purchase of a bike, and a fitting session for the bike.They always give great advice, never judge you or make you feel awkward no matter how much or little you know, and never push things that may be out of your price range.The staff has been very consistent with their friendliness and professionalism.

Ulster county is fortunate to have a number of excellent bike shops, however Billy and his team at Overlook are the absolute best! They are knowledgeable, patient, and super-friendly to novice and advanced riders alike. Their outstanding service and enthusiasm simply can't be beat. I would not consider going anywhere else.
