Worst customer service.Doesn’t greet .. doesn’t listen … doesn’t ask proper questions to resolve promptly the issue … doesn’t even give what i was originally asking for!Please double check your bank account if unfortunately you DID have to go thru this branch to make a transaction!

Not organized. Big bank with little customer service . When they can provide you with your own money they tell you to do get ur from another branch. Horrible.

Where to even start with this branch and how awful they are. How bad is this branch you ask? I've had to call corporate 3x to complain about the financial advisors" who can't even do a basic task without messing everything up. I wouldn't even allow this branch to invest a penny one of the worst experienced and unfortunately still having to deal with this branch a year later because they still haven't done everything properly is absolutely painful

This particular branch and the ATM S are a nightmare to say the least.3 atms out of 3 which will reject your deposit,complained over and over again to so called branch manager to no avail.Do not waste your time at this branch, I don't anymore,completely switched to a different location with 2 atms and no issue's.

Because of one “financial advisor’s” incompetence, I had to pay a fee of over 2000$ that was absolutely unnecessary! I’ve tried getting this money refunded and all of my requests were denied. AVOID !!!!!!

Well I can't complain, this bank gave me great service every single time.From counter services to appointments with advisors. and the ATMs never ate my money or card. Just make sure you use them after lunch break though

Worst service advisors collected in one convenient location. If you want to waste your time go here. My daughter applied for a student load in April and 4 months later they still haven't figured it out yet. We've been through 5 different advisors and filled out the same forms numerous times. That's on top of the impossible task of trying to speak to anyone by phone because they are so busy" walking around chatting with each other they never return their calls. In the process of collecting my investments loans and mortgage and moving to a bank that values its customers."
