Geeks on site and Emmanuel Joseph their hugely knowledgable wonderful Onsite Technician have been such a help to me. I am a teacher who had to transition to teaching online and Emmanuel twice has come help set me me up, troubleshoot issues that have come up and answer questions that help me to be more effective working from home.The most recent time when I lost my connection and was in panic mode, he rearranged his schedule to assist me immediately so he could restore my service (and after investigating explained the problem he explained the problem so if it happens again I'll know what to do.) He was so wonderful and helpful and saved me so I was able to be ready for my class on time.

The tech was prompt, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I had a number of issues with my computer, laptop, password problems, installation of a new printer, etc. which he took care of very efficiently. Dylan wore a mask the entire time he was here, a good COVID precaution! The pricing for Geeks on Site (several packages offered) was reasonable. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day, so I was thankful I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment. I plan to let everyone I know about this service.
