Four Seasons Nail & Spa

Not clean! Booked the service with one technician, but the person doing my mani was not the same as the person doing my pedi. Very. Overall very average.

I had booked an appointment for a Spa Pedicure and full set of gel nails for me and my daughter. Here is a list of reasons for the bad review:- Arrived on time but were kept waiting for 30+ minutes.- Massage chairs stopped working after 5 minutes of being seated. Told a couple of the girls working there but they didn't comprehend us saying that they may need to reset the breaker. Much later, who I presume was the owner managed to fix my daughters which was good because her chair was set in an uncomfortable position where she was leaning forward.- The paraffin wax was very hot and scalding, I've had paraffin many times and never had it so hot.- part way through the pedicure they told us that we didn't book a full set of gells but a manicure with Shellac and I said that is impossible as I would never have booked that and a full set of gels sounds nothing like a manicure with shellac. They said they didn't have enough technicians for gel nails but we could get a manicure with shellac again. We declined and chose to only get the pedi.- They had clearly overbooked and there were several people who were kept waiting for a long time. They all had appointments and they were all on time.In the end, they did a nice job on our feet, but the experience wasn't as relaxing and enjoyable as I am used to receiving at other salon's. I will not go back and I would not recommend this place to my friends.

Have been going here for awhile now and have nothing but good things to say. I get a hard gel set with fills every 2 or so weeks and have been happy every time! Thao is great, very gentle and quick and always delivers beautiful results. She also really helped my cuticles which after at least a year of not going to the salon were in need of some serious TLC. This is definitely my go to spot now. Thank you Thao and everyone at four seasons!

Favorite Salon in Vancouver! Every time I go it’s a great experience, the place is always clean and the staff is always available or make time later on the day ☺️ I love this salon, the last time I went I did my red acrylic nails with Thao and she was amazing at her job! ☺️

I got a shellac manicure here four weeks ago. FOUR WEEKS. And the only flaw on the polish on the (short, lame natural nails) is that my nails have grown. Not a chip. I don’t know what magic this place injects into its shellac but it lasts longer then anywhere I have ever seen. Wonderful technicians great service great value - I go back every time I visit Vancouver.

I have been getting my nails done there since last year and it’s always the best, I have tried other places but always come back, also the girls are so nice!! Thank you so much!

Body massage.The massage was good (as it’s mentioned - Asian style)However the massage room did not have the ambience you want for a massage. . Also the massage table was basic. It seems the sizing and height was not right.I would go back if the room is updated.I think the clients they have are more for nails etc

I give this place negative rate, they don't even deserve 1 star.Kelly was the person I booked shellac Manicure with, she Cut my skin and after 30 minutes it is still bleeding and it's not stopped yet.This happened before too and also the quality of the products they are using are so looowwww after few days the gel would be taken off easily. I was just trying to give them another chance but this time this happened and she cut my skin.Pleassseeee do not waste your time and money there.They do not even speak English well and you cannot communicate with them.

Cute little nail salon with a cozy atmosphere. Friendly and experienced staff. Great nail work for a reasonable price. Definitely will come back when we are back in Vancouver again.
