Fast Alterations & Tailoring

They replaced a zipper on my Son's favorite jacket. The zipper and work was great quality. They had good customer service as well. There was a week and a half wait however for the jacket to get done. Very happy!

Nice folks, got my pants done when I needed. $14 to hem pants seems high to me but I haven't had any done in a long time. Parking is very limited and not always easy to back out onto a busy street

Prices are reasonable turnaround time is good, a little hard to find. There's not much signage but it's in the little strip mall by Chase Bank

My dress was ready when they said it would be. Very professional, thankful for the service offered.

Overpriced AND low quality.I took in two dresses, one that needed to be taken in around the waist, the other, a leather dress, had arm holes that puckered out underneath. I asked that they take care of that. The man said he could do that by taking the dress up at the shoulders. The fee for the dress with more alterations was $50 and the leather dress, with little work to be done, was $60. While I was considering whether to pay such a high price, another couple came in, they were returning because the pants that had been done were not right. I thought about leaving - really wish that I had.I paid the fee and came back after the required 2 weeks. The leather dress, after $60 worth of alterations" is no better than when I took it in. Save your money and your clothes - go anywhere else."

I have taken my daughter's figure skating dresses here several times, and they've always done a great job.

I called this morning and told them that I needed the sleeves on a jacket to a suit altered and I needed it by tomorrow and asked if that was doable and what the total price would be. The man that owns the business said $45 and would be ready by the end of the day. I arrived and and told him it was me who called earlier and the price he gave me. After making the adjustments needed to alter the jacket, he then changed his story and said it would take three weeks to complete. I brought up that he said he would have it ready by the end of the day and he said it was now $45 plus a $20 rush fee and would be ready next day yet he told me the total owed was $97. I asked him what the extra $32 charge was for and why would it be $97 instead of the original agreed price of $45. He was not happy that I asked about the price discrepancy and wouldn't even give me an answer and just walked away while I was still wearing the jacket with the safety pins attached. I called over the Wife owner and asked her to remove the safety pins from the sleeves and left. I will not do business with dishonest people.

A very nice job, done quickly. I asked for a very quick turnaround on three suits due to an unexpected business trip. They exceeded expectations and the price was reasonable. Thanks.

It was, just like the name says, very fast. I went in, put on the dress, told her what I needed done, and was out in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly people, though they speak broken English. It's very affordable for alterations, and again, very fast. Definitely would recommend this place.
