I know them from April 2020, I enter they shop with a flat tire to be fixed and they did it in no time, I was just visiting Niagara Falls, I was welcomed, I got the service I was looking for and the price was a lot bellow any other shop I called that time! We moved to Niagara Falls and until today I am changing my car oil and fix everything comes up with them! I do Uber most of times and this car of mine really need a professional maintenance all the times for my safety and my passengers! I can’t trust no one in the region than them! Excellant friendly service and as a female I do not in anyway feel like I am getting smoozed. They also seem to be familiar with VW's and are very reasonably priced - happy I found them.

Got my breaks fixed a couple weeks ago here at Anic’s. Definitely will be my go to spot! Same day service and such friendly customer service they definitely make you feel welcomed :) and the ride home was very appreciated! Thank you for everything!

Anic Automotive deserves all the stars!!!! I would rate it 10/10 if it had that as an option.I'm from up north and my car was finished.I purchased one in Niagara and these guys got me in to get the car certified the same day I picked up the car.I also requested for my winter tires to be put on and they were so kind and did not charge me to put them on as the tires had to come off for the inspection anyways.I've never heard of a shop doing that!Can tell they care about their customers and aren't out to nickle and dime you like a lot of shops do.I HIGHLY recommend them!!! They're great. Super friendly. Fast. Squeezed me in/super accommodating.Thanks again so much, you guys! You're awesome and I appreciate you. :)

I have had my car fixed here a few times now. Great work and trustworthy. Only wish they had appointments on a Saturday once and a while.

What a wonderful experience!I had taken my car to Mini St Catherines to get a smell out of the vent system. I told them there was likely a rodent. They first told me there was no smell and charged a diagnostic fee. It took my 16 year old daughter to turn the air on to let the technician smell before they agreed. After about $ 500 for a look with a flexible camera and a treatment they said there was no rodent and the smell was better. Needless to say the smell never went away and became worse. The technician was also rude. I don't think they can do much more there than change oil and filters.I found Anic online. What a difference! The staff were so friendly and I was able to speak to the mechanic directly. He discussed all the problems he may encounter and the possible costs up front. I was updated on his progress regularly and on other issues that he identified. He always gave me options and I never felt pressured. I was given the opportunity to make an informed decision.In the end, after the entire dashboard was dismantled and the evaporator coil replaced the car smells like new. If the parts had been in stock the whole process would have taken 3-4 days. A huge job for which we think was a very reasonable price.Thank you again for excellent service.We will be bringing our Mini Cooper to you for all future service and maintenance. I would suggest the same for anyone else in this region who owns a Mini or BMW.Thank you again!CF de Wit

Anic Automotive is by far the best mechanic shop I have ever experienced! I had my car in for an oil change and inspection for a possible concern I had. The service was fast and very reassuring as they found no issues at all. Today I noticed the bottom of my vehicle had come loose and was almost hitting the ground. I took it in to Anic with no phone call, and upon entering I am greeted BY NAME! It was a remarkable experience given that I had only been there once and it was almost a month ago! I was willing to do a drop off, however they quickly accomodated their work and took me right in once again proving how fast, reliable and friendly they are :) I will definitely only be going to Anic for my Automotive needs in the future!
