ServiceMaster of Victoria is a company I would recommend to my friends.I called them for an estimate on the phone, and they stuck to it. They scheduled an appointment with me for the next day, and arrived exactly on time. It is hard to say that about a lot of other service providers.The service performed was a cleaning of two sofas with pillows, cleaning of a mattress, and the cleaning of a small carpet area in the office den. Everything was done professionally, without any issues. I was very satisfied with the result. The technician who came to my home was professional, courteous, and did a very good job.At the end, I was able to pay by credit card.Servicemaster of Victoria exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their service.

We have never been disappointed with their service.Their personnel are polite and helpful and they always do a great job.We've had them clean blinds, carpets and rugs and the results have always been excellent.We would not hesitate to recommend them.

ServiceMaster has been a great company to work with. They showed up when they said they would, they phoned and kept me in the loop how my restore was going after the great flood of Sidney Nov 2021. Told me what will be done and when. The workers were always polite and helpful.Thanks to ServiceMaster there is light at the end of the tunnel of Flood hell.I would not hesitate to recommend Josh, Roberta, Amy and Crew..

We always use Servicemaster to clean our carpets, blinds, drapes and tile / grout. They’re incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. 10/10!

When faced with an emergency clean up job at around 3:00 PM one afternoon that couldn't wait it was suggested to me to call ServiceMaster Clean. Leigh assisted me on the phone and advised it may be difficult that late in the day and that the various crews were dispatched already in other parts of town. Drew arrived within an hour and proceeded to remedy the situation with such professionalism and care that I had never experienced before. It was a difficult job he encountered but he tackled it with no hesitation. He was absolutely first rate in his manner and detail to attention as well as being very polite and kind person. Highly recommend.

Drew cleaned the carpets better than they have been before. I have them done once a year and haven't seen them cleaned so well. He went beyond the call of duty in cleaning them to his high standards. Very responsible and with integrity!

After paying $300 to clean the carpets in our condo, there were clear areas of dirty carpet, visible when wet. Since we had a showing the next day, I cleaned the carpet myself, picking up a lot of dirt in the water. Offers to come back and clean a carpet that I cleaned myself were not helpful. I would not use this service again.

Brought an olefin area rug with pet stains in for cleaning; they were very professional, flexible about pickup and drop off times, very reasonably priced, and did a great job cleaning it! Friendly staff as well, and my rug looks brand new. Will definitely use again.

Mayne Island Resort contracted service master to clean all of our upholstery and drapery. They did an excellent job, fast and professional. Some of our units were up to two hundred feet away and they had no problem reaching. We are very pleased with the results.
