I haven’t yet been disappointed from ordering sushi from Hiro. They are open late and we as a family enjoy the take out. Food is fresh and there sushi platters are always the favourite in our household. They have definitely been our go to sushi spot especially during Covid. Check them out you will have a very happy belly after.

Hiro Sushi is the best. The food is always consistent with delicious fresh rice, vegetables and fish. The restaurant is always busy yet they always manage to get your order done quickly. And the food is affordable. Highly recommend!

The value for sushi here is excellent!!!- huge rolls! (Cannot stuff in one bite)- veryyy good rice to stuffing ratio- big chunks of sashimi- beautifully displayed- staff can be friendlier- opens late- clean and beautiful atmosphere- I like that they leave some sauce on the side if you want to add more sauce- free greentea was very fragrant- great large menu (wish the basic rolls can have more eng description)- they have a reallyyy good lunch promo

Really quality sushi here. I Stopped here for dinner and was really satisfied. Loved how fresh their salmon was. Service is really quick. Prices are very reasonable.. their take out seems to be very busy. Many food couriers came and left with orders of the customers. Staff could be more welcoming. I’ll go back when I’m in the neighborhood

We've been to this restaurant a couple of times now. The quality of the food is mediocre at best. Sushi maki rolls are pretty chunky, not very bite size friendly. Service is not there. Staff are polite and nice but not very attentive. And getting hot sause will cost you extra $. But the restaurant atmosphere is nice. It might've been an Italian restaurant or coffee shop at some point. It has the beautiful Mediterranean murals on the wall.

How is this place so highly rated on UberEats?!? The tempura was awful - dark from old oil and not even sure it was panko breaded. No flavour to dynamite roll. Teriyaki salmon was shoe leather. Gomae had potential but was too sweet, as was the sunomo. Only item I enjoyed was the deep fried potstickers. Always like to support my locals but not again.

Hands down the best sushi I have ever had. My favorite place closed down a few years ago and Hiro makes it in the exact same style...never had a bad dish. Always extremely fresh and good quality ingredients in my rolls. Highly recommend it!

Ordered a set. Pretty filling. Food was good. Service could be better.Food:Ordered some combo B with 3 rolls. A dynamite, Cali and something else that I forgot. Taste was good, prawn tempura was nice and crispy. The rolls were packed well, didn't break apart when picking them up.Price:~CAD13Service:Barely any service. Lady just came by to take our orders and bring the food to us. Other than that, came by once in our 2 hours there to fill up tea. I wanted to switch the salmon for tuna but the lady didn't understand what I said, which was slightly disappointing hence I chose the roll set instead.Would I recommend?The food is ok. Nothing special. But the price is a plus point.

I am not sure if I just need a re do experience with the food or I need to order different things but on first try it was lacking. The room is kind of cool...feels like it may have been an Italian restaurant previously with the Mediterranean frescoes painted on the wall. The staff are polite however not attentive. The food “looks” good...quite well presented....yet very bland. We ordered a wide range of dishes and not one of them tasted as good as it looked. It was disappointing and quite surprising as there are many 4 and 5 star reviews!

They were fast and open late, which I appreciated.The Hawaiian roll was large and flavourful. The nigiri were a little smaller than other places I've been but were fresh and the rice stuck together well.It was not inexpensive as the 1 roll and 3 nigiri were $19 before tip.
