I just had an amazing experience with Richard, the Reliance technician who came to fix our air-conditioning unit. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and prompt - arriving on time and quickly getting to work. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue, and he took the time to check that everything was running smoothly before he left.He checked our air-conditioning outside and made sure that it was in great condition, he was too nice to clean the weeds out growing/crawling into the machine.. and he also put duck tape on the available pipe to preserve and avoid from damage.. he was really cool and very thoughtful.Richard also checked the filters and gave me some great tips on how to maintain the unit. He suggested installing a temporary filter during renovations, which was something I hadn't thought of before, and recommended I call Reliance Comfort for a furnace cleaning since it was included in our package. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and was very attentive to making sure we were satisfied. I could not be happier with Richard's service, and would highly recommend Reliance comfort, they have the best technician available.I would give 10 out of 10 stars,, great job!-Beth M-

Wow. Just Wow. A big shoutout to the entire team at Reliance. I called them yesterday for a plumbing service and the representative on the other side of the call explained the plan to me ( basic plumbing plan that could save me a lot). (This plan was completely optional) Plus, she told me about visiting charges. I was a little hesitant first because I didn’t want to pay the visiting charges because I was getting free quotes as well from elsewhere. But ultimately I went ahead with plan and the also booked the appointment. After receiving 2 free quotes from elsewhere, a beautiful person with an angelic face, Nathan, comes in my house from Reliance and sees the issue. He gives me a quote which was the most competitive quote I got. At an instant I decided to go ahead with Reliance and asked the guy to please help resolve the issue. He did a beautiful job with so much patience and finesse. If possible, I am glad tipping him. Reliance team - please help me here. I didn’t see the option for tipping in my quote and forgot to ask Nathan about the same. Please let me know how I can tip and I would also like to give a testimonial formally.

My technician was very professional and friendly. He was right on time. I didn’t have to wait all day for him to show up. I watched him worked and his was kind enough to answer all of my questions. He was very informative. He fixed my ac unit and left my house cool again. I cannot thank him enough for being so generous with his time to answer my questions when I know he had many more calls he needed to do today. He was a true professional and what I look for in my employees. He is a great ambassador for the company and a great customer service person. I cannot say enough good things about this man. A++ service and I would hope the company takes great care of him.

We had such a great experience with Chris as a sales person and Raj and his installation team. Reliance is very lucky to have them. I don't usually give such a great review but Reliance and its team we dealt with more than deserve the 5 stars. They had the best price and the best service from start to finish. The installers even dug a hole to put our heat pump in so it was less visible. It made my wife happy! I more than highly recommend them!

We had a plumbing issue fixed by Nathan. He was excellent! He arrived on time, was courteous, and fixed the issue of a blockage very professionally and neatly. He explained all the details very patiently and in a clear manner. This is the second time Nathan has answered a service call and he was excellent on both occasions. Definitely an asset for your company! Professional, courteous patient.....overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this service thanks to Nathan.

I recently had an issue with my air conditioner where the thermostat signal was not communicating with the AC. I called Reliance and a service technician Kyle came to my house to evaluate and resolve the issue. I have to say I was impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Kyle was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it in no time. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain my AC to prevent similar issues in the future. Overall, I am very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and efficient technician. Thank you, Kyle and Reliance!

Have to say, I usually do not write reviews but did so as the customer service I received from Oren and Arman (hope I spelled his name correctly, if not, so sorry!) was exceptional. I received an appointment as soon as possible, technicians came on time and found the issue in just a few minutes. I appreciated that they took the time to explain what the issue was and how they planned to fix it. Both were knowledgeable about Reliance services and Oren was able to point out another issue that required our attention and their solution. He said they’d have my heater working in no time and it was! They exceeded expectations and if Oren/Arman haven’t been promoted yet, they should! In such a short time it was evident that they were experienced in the field and that a customer’s satisfaction is a priority. Thank you both! :)
