The UPS Store

The rates for printing are very expensive. $8 for 3 coloured prints… I wouldn’t bother coming here for printing the library charges a quarter of the price…Response; I never said the price was not posted, despite the fact that it’s posted on a letter size piece of paper at the back behind the desk… I’m merely just warning people who are looking to print that it’s expensive and providing an alternative for those on a budget in my similar situation.

UPS has to be the most incompetent delivery company on the planet. They have destroyed the same shipment twice, provide zero updates on the shipment and are charging me 3 separate times for the import of the exact same item they destroyed. Each time the charge is higher than the last even though it is the exact same item. I'm at 12 hours of my own time wasted trying to get a package delivered that is two months overdue. Horrible, horrible company, with non-existent customer service.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The WORST Customer Service ever - Didn't scan our package in front of us, and claims the printer is broken so can't give a receipt and just asks you to put the packages on the floor while he sits there and does nothing (This is not specific to this time, this is EVERYTIME we use this store - which we will not again in the future). VERY rude when we asked him to scan the package and give us a receipt (which EVERY UPS store every where else does) and then told us no. We brought in 2 packages to return into the store on the 11th of January. One being a Costco return, the other an Apple return. The Costco return was scanned and delivered, the Apple one says that it has not been scanned and now our $700 return isn't being processed because we a) don't have proof that he scanned it because there is no scan on the UPS tracking details and we have no receipt, and b) the guy that we dealt with is telling us we never brought it in because it wasn't scanned. We will be filing a police report in order to look into this more, as the package is now missing" and is extremely suspicious. If there is CCTV footage

A great place to have your packages sent if they won’t go to a PO Box. Also good for document printing.

STAY FAR FROM THIS GUY. MOST EXPENSIVE IN TOWN, ALWAYS LOOKING TO UP CHARGE. WHAT A JOKE- EDITED: If I threated you, why didn't you call the police? You have cameras in the store, so instead of wasting time making up lies on here, why didn't you call the police? I hope no customer feels the level of disrespect you gave to me. I've been going to this store for prints, supplies and parcels, for some years now. The staff are helpful and the service has been great every single time.

Had a bad experience with him in the past, but he has warmed up since.. had 3 good experiences with him since then, keep going brother and the review will be 5 stars. Thanks

Have had to do business with this UPS location a couple times now, and so far every single time, the employees/operators seem to be willing to do the bare minimum and nothing else. I can never get them on the phone during business hours, they offer no solutions to any roadblocks we've run into, and most recently, I showed up 3 minutes after closing to pick up a parcel, the gentleman was still standing behind the desk, and he refused to even greet me at the door to hear me out.Maybe not bad" service but certainly miles away from good or even average service."

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, shipped dozens of things from here with no issues. Guy was friendly to me.
