My husband and I met Kevin when we were dreaming to find our first home here in Canada, but we unfortunately do not know how to start the process. We have tried asking for help and information before but no one really cared to look closely on our situation and listened to our concerns. Kevin was the only one who cared and listened. I had the displeasure of meeting Kevin Owen recently at a house he was selling. He was very rude and unprofessional the entire time I was there. He was also short and unwilling to answer questions about the house. It's not that he didn't know the answer, he had a bad attitude and didn't want to answer.The whole experience with him was disgusting and this is going to be the first time in my life that I will not buy a house because of the real estate agent they hired.Edit: this is my reply to the Owner's answer.You were wearing a black suit, a white shirt underneath without a tie, and light brown shoes. Apart from me, there were other visitors there. Your colleague was there too. Unlike you, she was courteous and professional. I don't understand what you're looking to rectify with me sending you an email. I'm not sure how you can make up for the unprofessional behavior and biased attitude you manifested during the visit. Despite other people being polite to you, you were still rude and unhelpful towards them. Maybe you can ask your colleague what to fix. If I heard the way you were talking to some people in there, she definitely heard you too. I wish I had video evidence of your behavior so I could report you to the OACIQ.
