No point in making an appointment, they will not honor it. My last experience was painful. They do a quick job with the nail drill machine which completely damaged my natural nail and cut my cuticles. I experienced temporary burns when they were using the drill on my cuticles but they didn't understand when I said ow" and continued.Would not recommend this place."

I’ve always loved this place, both of the sisters are so friendly. I love my nails everytime I do it at this place ! What i love the most is that they do not di a FLAT surface on top of the nail, it’s actually curved just like natural nails!Thank you

1st visit: Welcoming and friendly staff. Easy to have an appointment and I think they accept walk ins. Affordable prices too, place is clean, loved the pedicure spa. They also offer lash lifting! Customer service was great2d time: it was ok but always have to wait with or without an appointment at least 30 min which is annoying. I go because it's close fron my place and mani-pedi are descent. I called to redo my lashes and no availability so far.Edit: I gave 5 stars but unfortunately since last 2 times is impossible to get a reliable appointment. I called twice barely had time to ask for availability and immediately put me 3 times on hold to forget me on the line... The day of the appointment they make us wait 45 min so we left and the lady run at us at the door begging us not to go. I'm so disappointed!Last 2 times, design were awesome but unfortunately nails don't last, barely 2 weeks passed and always one nail breaks is a shame really open hours are convenient thu.Salon is just in front of the Costco at marché central.

I had an appointment for 12 and only got served at 1 pm. After being patient, the job they did on my nails was terrible. Less than a week later my shellac peeled and cracked. Even on the day of, my nails had bubbles in them which I asked the technician to redo and she did so in a sloppy way . Will never go back and will not recommend

Worst experience ever! Not only did I not got what I wanted, she kept hurting me. She was in a rush, rude and not listening. I asked for almond shaped black nails like the second photo and I ended up with some weird unaven short square. I had to ask her to redo 2 of my nails while she was doing them because they were not following my natural nail. Very disappointed!!!
