Sis was really friendly and lots of fun. I had the prawns and the salmon salad and both are a reorder for me. I'll make a point to stop in when driving by, well worth the detour from the highway.

I have been here 3 times in the last week and every meal I had was incredible. The service is amazing the young servers were so friendly and great at their job. The chef would come out and chat with you . Just an over all friendly place .This is my new favorite restaurant

The Broken Whisk
We went here with the family and it was awesome. The service was great and the food was deliecious. The kids loved the decor and both of my boys raved about their kids meal; the macaroni and the spaghetti with a virgin mocktail. My husband and I enjoyed our meal and drinks and the portions were big. Since we all loved the place we all now joke that we will drive all the way to Broken Whisk when we want a nice dinner out from Surrey!

We arrived at 5 and didn't see a server for half an hour. They proceeded to take the orders of two tables who arrived 15 minutes after us before ours. Drinks didn't come for a while after and it was a full hour before our food arrived. My burger and fries we OK, but too salty. Both my sons ordered poutines, and they had been sitting under the salamander for a while since the cheese curds were completely melted. That's the second time in a row that we've come here with terrible service. Pretty disappointed.

If you're looking for a great place to take your family for a delicious meal, look no further than Broken Whisk! This cozy restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and a menu full of mouth-watering dishes.From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They even gave us free apple strudel and fish tacos!!Definitely going back!!

This is such a perfect little restaurant, but it's too bad the service is sub-par, and the food is absolutely terrible.Ordered the Whiskey River Ribs, and the only redeeming food on the plate was the braised cabbage! The rice tasted like fruity pebbles. It tasted so sweet, it was gross. I'm not sure if that was done on purpose, but such a disappoint. The ribs were gross. The sauce on top was tasty enough, but the ribs lacked even the most basic of seasonings. They were somehow both dry, stringy and wet? Not moist, but wet. The baked brie is a great concept, but the whole clove of garlic was a pain in the butt to deal with.

Great Spot for food and drinks, highly recommend if you’re in Agassiz! Service is super friendly, all the waiters were constantly checking on us to make sure we were okay and cracked jokes with us too! Atmosphere is cozy, great music and love the decor!We ordered:• Pulled Pork Poutine $15.95• Broken Whiskey Ribs $25.99• Tequila Sunrise (Recommend)• Lime MargaritaThe pulled pork was flavourful and juicy, fries were crispy but unfortunately the gravy was quite salty. So I wouldn’t recommend the poutine but I’d get the fries as a side with my burger next time! The ribs was okay, wasn’t anything to special, fries were crispy and the sides were okay. For food today we’d come back to try their burgers! We had other people in our table that enjoyed the burgers. As for the drinks, super tasty. We tried a few off their menu and worth giving one of their special drinks a try!Overall large portions, good value, great service. We’d come back to try other food and drinks on the menu!

Great food and atmosphere in this small, country, down-home feeling restaurant. Good prices and value for money, however, the service we received was the only reason that I can't give them 5 stars.The place wasn't full, but the wait staff seemed too busy for us and didn't really make much of an effort. Probably a one off, so I'll be back for sure!

Great time with Steve Elliott, amazing buffet, and great drinks, first time at Broken Whisk, amazing menu, we will definitely be back with friends. Great service and friendly staff. Very clean and atmospheric restaurant.
