Everyone is so kind and lovely. My dog gets treats and cuddles and loves going to visit, even when he is getting shots.

Super nice staff, very friendly and wanting to help with all your pet need.. I recommend them to anybody.

The vet care is adequate, but we've had several issues of a more administrative nature....like prescriptions being incorrect, one of several vaccinations being forgotten about, etc. You need to inspect your bills for accuracy, and double check prescriptions and the number of pills you receive.

I was so pleased with the dr.’s and staff at East St. Paul animal hospital.They were all so compassionate and kind. Our dog god sick suddenly and we had to put him down, upon receiving his ashes and urn they also put his paw prints in a card for us. We loved that so much! We will definitely becoming back when we decide to get another fur baby.

I have never had a bad experience at this Vet clinic. I used to bring my dog (who had major anxiety) here, and Dr. Kjernisted always accommodated us and did everything to ease the stress. I now bring my cats here and would have a very difficult time trusting any other vets. They are so thorough, kind, and accommodating.

Recently had multiple poor experiences back to back. Our pet has had an ongoing problem since December which we FINALLY just got diagnosed by the amazing vet in Oakbank today - we had to go there for a second opinion because East St Paul kept sending us home with little to no diagnosis or plan to help our pet recover. Not to mention that one of the times we visited East St Paul, they were running 30 mins behind and didn’t even think to call their clients to let us know? So I had to sit in my vehicle and wait and push my work day back even further. If they would have let me know ahead of time I would have rescheduled my appointment. They also kept putting us in the wrong room and I had to remind them that they didn’t have the proper equipment in that room.. overall not a professional atmosphere. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the people working there were at least friendly.ONE visit to the Oakbank vet today and I could instantly tell the vet there knew her stuff. She was far more professional and confident doing the checkup and was able to give me a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan. I feel like I wasted so much time and money on East St Paul vet. I’ll never go back.

The staff here are AMAZING! I've brought both my dogs here for different reasons, and have been elated with my experience in my times of need. When I found a weird mole on my one dog, they were so compassionate and fast with the testing and removal and so quick to fill me in on test results and post-removal check ins. When my other dog was attacked by a coyote, they let me bring my baby right to the back and the staff got to work right away! They even brought me and my husband some water and let us stay with her durring the ordeal. I can tell how much every person in this office loves animals and I know that they are just as concerned as I am about the wellbeing and comfort of my beloved pets. Even the staff not directly working on my dog who was attacked were invested in her wellbeing by answering my questions and giving me recommendations on what to do at home. I switched to this vet due to proximity to my new home, but I would continue to stay with them even if I moved. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Great place, super friendly and the vet really cared about my pup's health & answering all my crazy questions!

Dr. K is an amazing veterinarian. We are always comfortable when we bring our dogs to see him. Dr. K and the staff are exceptional!
