I had an excellent experience working with Chen (Branch manager) and Kade with our mortgage process. They were incredibly knowledgeable and on the ball. Making sure the application moved along and nothing was missed - I’m very impressed with their organization of the deal. Highly recommend!

I have been with TD Bank since I arrived in Canada and all of their branches provide excellent services, but yesterday in this particular branch there was a girl named (Paiya) who gave me wrong information and her behaviour was very bad, I do not recommend going to this branch

I just went to this place to put cash in the machine, but it didn't print the balance for me. I went to a girl there called ((Priya) She's treated me in the worst way. I think she doesn't know anything other than disrupting people's affairs.

Chen, the branch manager, was very professional in helping us with our mortgage application. He made our journey very smooth. He even bought us drinks to serve us! Chen is amazing and our family truly appreciates his diligence and follow up. We hope he will get a raise from the bank!

This place is a pathetic joke. They never answer the phone, never respond to emails, and never return voice messages.I scheduled a meeting with a personal banking associate, and he is unconcerned about his client's needs.I don't want to mention his name, but the entire crew at this branch is doing the same thing. They are always sitting and doing nothing whenever you go.Choose a different branch if you don’t want to waste your time.My time with them is literally watered down.
