Mens Bathroom Stall has been out of order" working on 3-4 months. There is only one stall. Call a plumber?I work in the area so it's come to my attention enough to leave a review.Other then that

Mornings at this location the staff are great. Evening and weekend staff are NOT. Saying things like please, thank you, and your welcome go a long way. And actually speaking when working the drive thru window, not just holding out the machine, handing out the order, closing the window, and turning around.

Went through drive-through. Asked for a couple sandwiches coffee an a dozen walnut crunch donuts . My blt want on a bagel n we only got one walnut crunch. Told them about wanting a dozen donuts that we only got one. They gave us 11 donuts that we ordered yet charged us for a dozen. Even though we paid already for the donut. Just was not someone's day.

Been coming to this Tim Hortons since I moved here 5 years ago and it used to be amazing. Great staff and great service. Now they rush you through your order and mess up my coffee 90% of the time. I told them they messed up my coffee and they promised me it was the correct coffee. It was absolutely not and now it's too busy to get back in line and get my coffee remade. I'll probably never return to this store. I'm tired of wasting my money and time. Can't wait to see the generic please call guest services

Quite unimpressed. Time, that was one concern but the main complaint is, I guess “no ice” means not to fill. I don’t much care to pay for frozen water and cutting back on the lemonade is grossly either incompetent or at very least unacceptable. Not cool Tim’s, this drink has not had a drink taken from it. Brutal and this is a first so I’ll assume it’s a location issue.

Best coffee and donuts and lunches in North America. Prices are very good and everything is fresh. Every restaurant has the most pleasant staff

One of the worst Tim Hortons around. I have finally given up on this place. Drinks always wrong. No care or detail to the job. They make you pull around back by disgusting dumpsters to bring out food and drink because why? Very unsanitary food practices. Health Canada should investigate this place

This location was once excellent but has declined steadily over the last 12 months. The last 4 times through the drive thru the orders have been wrong. They have lost any attention to detail they once had and have completely lost any sense of quality. Lineups move slowly and often grind to a halt. I have noticed short to no lineups over the past few weeks as I pass by … others are obviously passing by as well. Tired of being disappointed.
