Such amazing service! Thank you! I was shopping with my daughter when we discovered this store had THE thing she wanted from Santa. They helped me discreetly purchase it without her even knowing. I am very grateful!

We wanted to see some stuff at sunrise records it says back in 5 minutes but after waiting for 15-20 minutes the shop still closed..

First off, let me say the service was excellent. The sales clerk was helpful and a true pro. I might not have given full stats if not for the rocker dude at the till. Some crazy lady was loudly and rudely asking him about the latest taylor swift album or something like that, and he put up with her weirdness like a pro. He was nice and asked me if I needed help a couple of times.I was there just for records and they have a good selection of new vinyl. There is no used section, but that was expected going in. The only criticisms are the same I have everywhere. Need more selection and lower prices, haha. But there are some deals and some nice re-releases. Do yourself a favor and buy here instead of Amazon, prices are roughly the same, and you are supporting local. I might not be back for a while due to the distance, but I would definitely drop by when in the area.

Poor choice of records. Not too well organized either. It was a extremely challenging to look through them and find what I needed. They are stacked too dense to look over them. This place needs a better managing. Staff was friendly though.

Not a pleasant experience. My family went to the store as my kids wanted to get some funko and posters, as soon as we got in, the guy closed the shutters behind us...I asked if he was closing and showed me a sign saying max 5 people. I thought he couldn't talk. Went around the store, then asked where the posters were, and once again just pointed.Another customer finished buying posters and went to the till and that's when I realized he could speak. So excited to serve other customer, when we went up to the till, zero communication. It's like he didn't want to talk to us for some reasons. We spent $70 and left and bought more stuff at mind games.Maybe they don't like serving people of cover or families?

I bought a VX Gaming game station for $40. Didn't work straight out of the box. Returned the next morning. No refund or exchange, manufacturer warranty is the same. Be careful of the complete garbage this store carries and the lack of consumer protection. I won't be back and recommend you don't either. Would have given 0 stars if possible. Although the cashier was sincere and apologetic. Embarrassed maybe.

Loved this location. Massive assortment of records available and many more artists to choose from compared to the Chinook location. The guy that works there was very nice and quick to help me check the in-store availability for some of the records I was interested in. Will come back for sure.

I just went in at random no real interest in this location. Previous reviews were right about pricing. I bought one movie at 28.99. Person said it's 33.99 even though the tag clearly said 28.99. So took anyway because I don't see a lot of these 4k titles in lethbridge. Word to the wise always check your movies the person mixed up my titles instead of one I brought to the till now I'm stuck with a 4k I didn't want. So be bringing that to my lethbridge location for an exchange. Really expensive but have all titles in stock.

Very hit or miss for cd's. Some of the bigger name bands you can't even order in. Lesser name ones are there. Leave empty handed more often than not.

Don't believe any pricing listed on items you want to buy. Easily 5 maybe 6 times I have brought itema to the checkout only to find,Ooops Sorry. That item is actually $10-$15 more due to us bring unable to reprice accordingly." This is the only Sunrise I have run into this problem. They really need to get their act together."
