Called 3 times for a quote. was told a price on the 3rd time calling after being told my quote would be emailed 2 weeks prior. Asked to have just the building kit supplied and that kit only and kit with installation be emailed to me that was a month ago and no response back. Im sure if you do choose these guys they do good work I cannot say on that part. As far as customer service and quoting not the best this is applied with a 1 star. We are in business as well and our customers corporate or private come first. You cannot get the sale of a product or the sale and a install if you do not send your quotes or do the leg work to get that business. Disappointed Calhoun looks like they make a reliable building.. we are stick framing instead.

Joey and his team are hardworking, communicative, and helpful. When we had a minor concern Joey was very quick to respond. The construction, and pricing of the arena cover all we purchased was the quickest and most affordable by far in comparison to any other companies. 100% recommend their use!
