Capital Campus Cab
There is a taxi driver over charging passengers. He is arrives as capital taxi however, up charges $5dollars more. The driver did not wear a seat belt and vapes in the vehicle. This driver prints out the bill as another company checker cab.Beware that leaving the base is a flat rate of $35 not $40.I hope they fired that theft.
