Alright where do I start. Worst experience I have ever had in any bank.I had the pleasure of meeting with Ridhima and her colleagues. Had a decent first encounter, we narrowed down my expectations and the products best suited for my needs. I left her to 2 tasks, looking into Moneris (which she said would call me back), and getting information on credit card balance transfer fees.I left feeling good. Never heard from her for days, and our follow up appointment was cancelled to my surprise. The manager called me to explain she was feeling ill, I was understanding. I was then transferred to someone else entirely, who cancelled on our appointment the day of. I tried to reach out to the manager several times, even left him a voicemail. I started the process in Feb 03 for a simple credit line and business credit card. It is now end of February and I still haven’t heard back.I went to a location in Maple ridge and got everything done within 40 minutes. Wasted almost 1 month! The entire experience is horrible, and I would NOT recommend this location. I suspect the manager will call me after noticing this review, too late. Don’t bother.

NEVER OPEN. WORST HOURS EVER.1-800 NUMBER GIVES A DIFFERENT ANSWER DEPENDING ON WHO YOU TALK TO.ID GIVE THEM 1 STAR BUT THEY DID GIVE US GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ONE POINT IN TIME. AS SOON AS THE BANK ACCOUNT WENT DOWN SO DID THE SERVICE.WILL BE SWITCHING BANKS WHEN WE CAN CATCH THEM OPEN.... (FACEPALM)

All of the employees at this bank are of high caliber and excellent advisory capacity. The branch manager is doing an excellent job training and running this arm of a fine institution.

They let me exchange my coins despite not being a client. Teller was very polite and understanding. Definitely a positive experience

Terrible customer service, puts some money down on my car loan there only to find out that the money never made it to my car. Now I have to wait a week cause they have to look at the security cameras to find out how dumb they are. Absolutely ridiculous, I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life.

I have dealt with BMO for a long time (50+ years) and while not the worst branch I have had the displeasure to attend it is pretty poor. Wait times are horrendous, and the staff has misdirected me many times and have failed to address any complaints I have had. (In fact, failed to even acknowledge that I had a complaint). Normally I don't say much unless I have something pleasant to say - this is an exception.

Just like to thank Dan. As branch manager( Mount Lehman) he processed our paperwork for my inheritances. As fast as the ink dried we were on our way. The other branch could not even help us out with our mortgage, we had to go to another bank. Maybe I should have talked to Dan. Cheers bud

The worst bmo in town. Manager is useless as well. Be prepared to stand in line for an hour at least. Friday and thus be hot ONE TELLER open…

Most banks are very friendly when they charge heinous interest on your mortgage (mort and gage stemming from the latin for death and chains respectively) and pay you a pittance on your savings, and this branch is no exception.
