Rexall

Sad to say ive never had a good experience with the the pharmacy here. The staff are rude and cant own up to their MANY mistakes. They lost my prescription and i never recieved an apology for the inconvenience.

Prices are astronomical, I only shops their lost leaders. Had multiple problems with the pharmacy, so many that I quit using them altogether.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I’d never been to this pharmacy before but I walked up and waited at the counter for 15 minutes, 2 employees stood there the whole time and ignored me, 1 said “be right with you” but 15 minutes later I’m still standing there. I ended up leaving. I’ve never experienced this blatant lack of customer service, I just moved here but I’ll drive to Simcoe for my prescriptions. Never returning.

Do not go here they are very unprofessional they do not know how to run a business they filled our prescription without having the item making it so we could not get it anywhere else

Tried to return something I bought at another rexall. I had the receipt from the self checkout that didn't say rexall at the top. The lady at the counter said it wasn't a rexall receipt because it didn't have the logo at the top but it said rexall all over it. Very disappointing and from the other reviews it seems like a place to avoid.

Sooo I've never had any issues whatsoever with the staff or with their products! They're super nice, always attentive, and everything is always clean plus they always have items in stock. Granted, I've never had any prescriptions to fill so I can say... But as far as the rest of the pharmacy goes I love it! It's my go to for my eggs When they're on sale.

I have had so many problems filling prescriptions at this pharmacy, I'll spare all the details of each encounter. The fact is, the pharmacy staff don't take proper notes, they deny speaking to my health professionals, they enter information wrong into their system causing major delays on important medications. I have waited a combined 2.5 weeks for extremely important medications and have gone days without what I needed because they can't get their act together. I am now going to start driving to Simcoe for my medications so I don't get into any more delays with an incompetent pharmacy staff. I am an army veteran with serious health problems and these delays have resulted in extended periods of severe pain and anxiety. Sorry, not sorry.

Pains me to put this review but it’s almost a drag to deal with them on a regular basis. I can call a day ahead, a week ahead, and it will not matter because my prescriptions are never ready on time. This time they filled the wrong prescription, which the suppose-to-be proper one was called in to confirm 9 HOURS prior to actual pick up (and faxed over by doctor the day before!!) and not even ready when i showed up. I have given up and will be directing my doctor to switch me to a pharmacy out of town just to get proper service. It’s unfortunate because some of the women behind the counter are actually really nice ladies. But the service is atrocious and i’d rather take the time to drive to a reliable pharmacy than go through this any more.

had a terrible experience with the young girl at the check out. waited two days for a regular prescription and was told because they were busy with covid shots it wasn’t ready with a attitude. then told i had enough pills for one prescription to last a few weeks so they wouldnt fill it . even after i said i was going away for several weeks . i don’t expect attitude. i am taking my business elsewhere where it’s appreciated.

Try to overcharge me for my prescription every month.
