My experience with this company was exceptional. Steve (my contact there) was extremely knowledgeable in the area of foot orthodics. It showed when he was able to navigate his was through a reoccurring problem I had been having with brand new orthodic insoles. His patience and kindness transferred into the way he troubleshot my issue. Easy system to use and lab is easy to get ahold of for any modifications needed

From the initial assessment to the customer service, Orthogenic Laboratories and their staff are truly remarkable: it has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. 10/10!My husband and I both work full-time and are on our feet for 16+ hours a day. He is an Electrician and I work in a very busy independent health clinic; we are also parents to 2 rambunctious toddlers. We live a little less than an hour to the Scarborough clinic, but it is well worth the drive for the total experience.Michael introduced himself to my husband and my husband introduced me to Michael and the timing couldn't have been more perfect! I was already looking for a chiropodist as well as a reputable laboratory that could help with our foot health needs. We found that with Orthogenic Labs.Michael's utmost care and attention for patients and his passion for great foot health is absolutely admirable. He goes above and beyond patient and customer satisfaction by ensuring that you are prepared for your appointments with all the appropriate information so that the process is as efficient as possible. Vlada was so kind and reassuring during our assessments -- she educated us on the importance of foot health and the need for orthotics and compression socks for our busy lifestyles.
