Don't be afraid to advocate for your own health. The receptionists are incompetent, deceitful, and engage in misconduct. I've visited this clinic on numerous occasions as a walk-in so this feedback is a combination of my experiences. First, on several occasions, I've been told the wrong clinic opening time: For example, once the receptionist told me to come back the next day when they open at eight, and they actually opened at nine. On their website you'll see that they open at a certain time, but they actually start letting patients in up to an hour early. Second, I recently called for my results and the receptionist told me that they are normal. I'm pretty sure this is illegal because the doctor had NOT reviewed or commented on them yet. A few days later when I called again asking if the doctor reviewed my results, the receptionist said no but that my results show an infection" and you "may need antibiotics." She also told me I had to come back to the clinic

My family doctor is here, so I've been to this clinic few times. All doctors I met were efficient, the pharmacist is nice and helpful, and the clinic installations are nice and clean. But there's a big problem at this clinic: the 2 ladies sitting at the reception desk. They are the rudest receptionists ever, in person or over the phone. I believe both should not be doing any kind of customer service. Or they should seriously consider change their attitude towards customers.

All 3 receptionists were wrong about a medical form that needed to be filled out. The 3 ignorant ladies were confused about the 2nd half of the form that was TO BE COMPLETED BY ATHLETE" and would not listen to reason. Had no sympathy which wouldn't have even mattered if they knew how to do their job. Said this form needed to be completed by a family doctor when we were specifically instructed to go to a walk in clinic for this. Hope these ladies are retrained or you will continue to get reviews like this."

It is a walk-in clinic so expected the wait. They tell you how long the wait will be and you can put your name down and come back. I met with Dr Vajar and she is one of the kindest Doctor's I have met. She diagnosed and prescribed the right medication to manage my problem immediately since curing it required more clinical results. She helped me to have a better quality of life which is all most patients who go to a walk-in need. I am grateful to her for the care. The pharmacist are also awesome. They will take the time to walk you through with the doses and are very professional and competent. Will recommend this place for a walk in and your pharmacy needs.

Front desk over the phone denied to have a doctor refill my prescription for Levothyroxine while I am out of pills, and while I have been going to the clinic for the past 7 years. Just a reminder to check patient's profile before deniying anything. Working full time and expecting me to cross the entire city to get pills I must take everyday until the end of my life (which has been refilled over the phone since 2019 due to perfect and consistant blood test) is harmful. I am out medicine and you want me to book an appointment, come in person next week just for a refill ? First time in my life I have denied Levothyroxine. Someone should educate the front desk guy what levothyroxine is for... After seven years with this clinic, I'm out. Good luck with such ignorant attitude.

Don't bother going there. They don't take walk-in and they refused to book an appointment with my family doctor although I've been going to the clinic since 2016 with an immune disease. If you work, don't waste your time and find another place. The walk-in (as the name states, ironically) is not ensured (doesn't matter how early you arrive) althought they claim otherwise. I've never been denied access to my doctor and I'm running out of medication.

Been here a handful of times. Walk ins around usually 30min-2hours. Doctors are professional and give good advice. All the receptionists speak to eachother in Tagalog which I know is frowned upon in the healthcare field but they are friendly otherwise.

Always met some good doctors here. They are really knowledgeable and patient. The wait isn't too bad either, haven't waited for more then 45mins-1hr yet during morning hours on a weekday. Thank you!

Had a good experience, went there with ear infection when my family doctor was not available. Walked in on Friday 10am, in-and-out in 20 min, minimal wait time.The in-person examination by a physician, was fine as well, and wasn’t rushed. There is free parking in the back and pharmacy on-site.Exactly what walk-in clinic should be.

I came on Saturday had to wait about 40 minutes after check in . The receptionist was nice and polite. The doctor helped me with my problem right away! It was great experience overall.
