Be aware that they don’t take credit card, so bring Debit or cash.I'm just adding the pictures of the cutest things we ordered. I love the design of the dishes. We ate a lot for an affordable price and was nice to see a very busy place, what says is good food. I recommend booking in advance if you are going for lunchtime on Sunday, glad we did and even so we had to wait 30 min after our booked time. there are a lot of dishes we would like to taste, so definitely planning to come back.

Amazing dim sum restaurant, clean and well decorated. Efficient and friendly staff. We highly recommend this place for a unique Chinese food experience.

Food is just okay; I expect better at their price level. Service is good. I'm giving one star also because they charge 2% for credit card payment. A big business like Neptune can't pay the 2% to card companies? The payment service is used by businesses not by consumers. I'll give my business to other restaurants who are not stingy.

Have the set dinner menu for 10 of us and added an extra order of geoduck at $48/lb which is rather reasonable as the price at T&T is $42/lb. Excellent service and everyone has a wondering evening.

Showed us the bigger one and charged us for the heavier price, but do you guys think the cooked one was 8.9lb for real? I know seafood trick is pretty common in Vancouver, which you are charged slightly more for what you actually eat, but I didn’t expect to be scammed for 3.5+ lb and that’s $94 + 18% tips. Isn’t that too greedy?

This is next to the same restaurant but faster version. And cheaper alternative.The other one was sit in usually for big crowds and occasions.If you don't know what to order just look at the dimsum. Menu. All the pictures are there and the taste is amazing.My go to place when i come to metrotown and i want authentic chinese and fast service

King crab dishes are incredibly delicious!!! Worth it! Also, I like their lobster and beef ribs. Overall, a very pleasant dinner, I can't stop eating, lol. The ambience is very nice and luxury. Good service.

Got to come here for some chinese food which was alright. Neptune is basically everywhere and a big chain of chinese food in vancouver and able to make chinese food to be one of the choices of food to go in vancouver which was phenomenal. But the food well its chain restaurant so it was alright. Cheers!

Most of the food are pretty decent. The service was impeccable. The servers were attentive and courteous, a few are quite friendly too!
