We rented a unit here to store my mother's furniture when she came to live with us during Covid-19. The people here are very nice, the units are clean and the security was great. It was nice to have a secure place to leave things until we knew what to do with them. As my mother's stay with us has become permanent, she/we decided to donate her furniture to a couple of families coming over as Ukrainian refugees. Immediately upon her emptying the unit, we received a refund for time not occupied. I would recommend using Brockway, full stop. The lady at the desk here is super nice to work with as well, and very helpful. Thank you.

Just finishing up at Brockway storage, I live in the Bahamas and my Mum who lives in Niagara Falls sold her house, all the contents went to the storage unit.Beings o far away and still needing to clear out the storage unit, piece at a time while being here, the service was excellent, she helped me every step of the way...the gentleman Fred who helped me move my mums things recommended Brockway Storage and I am so glad he did...

My experience at Brockway Mini storage was excellent. I rented a small unit for a few months during renovations and it was just what I needed! They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I'll definitely go there again if I ever need a storage unit in the future.

I've been renting a unit for quite some time, since the first time I walked in the gentleman was pleasant to deal with and allowed me to feel the comfort I needed trusting that my things will be stored in a safe area. I pile up my unit frequently and have never had issues with entry, safety, snow or other concerns people may have. I like the flexible hours and the option of paying online makes my busy life much easier. Would recommend to anyone!

Brockway Mini Storage is an excellent facility with a convenient location. The property is well secured and the management are very easy to work with. There were never any troubles when it came to sizing up or sizing down storage units, and the terms of the storage agreement were more than reasonable.

The prices are decent. They only offer outdoor storage so you may want to bring a shovel if it snows to clean the front of your storage unit. Offers gated entry access until midnight.
