Nev's Heating just installed a new gas furnace and central air for us and we are so impressed with their professional team, they were prompt and did such an amazing job. Their pricing was very competative...WE will definitely use their services again and recommend them to all our friends and family! Thank you!

Nev's really are the only people to call for your furnace and A/C needs. We got 2 quotes from, Reliance Holmes heating and Enercare, both were late for their appointments, Enercare by a whole day. We were going to use Reliance, but the guy that quoted us had quit and all his paper work was lost, they never called. Enercare quoted us between $6000 and $12,000 for what we wanted and said it might cost up to $3000 to get natural gas brought to our house and we would have to look after all the applications ourselves, no paper work, no brochures, what a joke. Found Nev's online, Nev himself showed up for estimate with an assistant right on time, quoted us, we felt comfortable and went with them, they filled out all the paper work with us and the rest was all done professionally and on time, btw, it cost us $190 to get the gas to the house. Had to do a shout out to Steve of NEV's Heating and Cooling from Arnprior. They responded quickly when our furnace fan quit on this cold Monday morning. Steve came toward the end of the day, diagnosed the problem, raced to Bell's Corners for a part he needed before they closed at 5, came back, and worked till 6:30 when the work was completed. His shift ended at 5 and he could have left a couple of heaters and come back today with additional charges. Instead, we went to bed in a warm house. Third time in recent years we have used them and they are reliable and very reasonable in price. Highly recommended.

Huge shout out to Steve and Earl who came by this morning after my furnace quit on what appears to be the coldest day of the year. They identified the problem pretty fast, were actually able to track down an out-of-stock part, and got it fixed up. They were professional, polite, and gave me some pointers as a clueless homeowner on how to better maintain my furnace. 10/10 would call them again, hoping to have Nev's do more of my HVAC work moving forward.

Service was friendly and quick to repair moisture leak, just needed 5 minutes of gluing on one single pipe as found out was never glued when installed. The bill was almost $150 for one hour, I thought this was excessive for amount of work needed. I called them to see if compromise could be reached (like for example charge for half hour) as there are many businesses that do not charge you for full hour when they find out it is something simple, but not this one.Service manager refused to budge, kept insisting that was their policy which is what you expect to hear from big companies that are forced to stick to process and their policies, but not small businesses. I mentioned that I would mention this in a review but didn't change her mind, so hence this review.Too bad, next time realize that you control your policies and not the other way around.

Great service from Nev's Heating & Cooling! Nev got our propane fireplace up and running in no time. Very friendly staff took care of me. Highly recommend if your fireplace or BBQ line is in need of servicing.

Nevs installed our air conditioner on the hottest day and both guys were hard working and very professional and friendly. They informed us that our furnace was leaking and they red tagged it. They gave us several options and were very pleasant to deal with. They even gave our dogs treats. Great bunch of guys and I highly recommend.

I started using Nev’s heating and cooling company a year ago and since then I have called them four more times. They are the most Proffessioanl people in the business, very prompt and knowledgeable technicians on their staff, thanks for a great job.

Nevin Young and his team are fantastic contractors... Sheila Warren runs an amazing group of talented individuals who are driven to satisfy as well as provide a business that will last in the Ottawa Valley for many years to come.I would strongly suggest that if anyone has natural gas, they quickly have Nev convert ALL their appliances and even participate in his rental program.And, perhaps the best attribute of the family like" business

Had our furnace go down on Family Day, tech came out and diagnosed problem. Our furnace being 18 years old required ordering of part. Came and installed, even cleaned and inspected the furnace.Repair etc, was done as quoted and on time. Highly recommend Nev's!
