Torrid

One of the few stores that I can walk into and see many clothes I like and want to buy. However, the prices are too high. $69 dollars just for a regular top I can find at another retail store for way less then half that price? I usually can only afford to shop there if I have a gift card or get some sort of a discount. And still it still often is too high. They need to work on trying to bring their prices down because that is the only reason I don't shop there. And it is so frustrating that they don't have a Canadian website. So when you search online you are only seeing clothes available in the US and if you want to buy that? Good luck, might as well not bother paying for food or rent/mortgage that month, because with the exchange/customs/shipping fees, I don't want to think about how much a simple clothing item would cost for us here living in Canada. Utter nonsence.

Clean sure but no one offers help at all I’ve been standing looking for help for about 10 minutes taking a minute to write this and still no help, avoid I know we plus sized ladies are desperate but still we should be treated well at least

Every time I come into this store the service is always above and beyond . The ladies that work there are very nice and accommodating and it makes my shopping experience enjoyable. I must say the prices are on the higher side however , there are always discounts and promotions that do help you with that .

The store was clean was quite a few items to choose from including shoes negligee sets bras panties and clothing it's geared for ladies who are bit fluffy & full figured.They also for a wide variety of sexier under clothing for women of a fuller size!The staff were very helpful & attentiveEspecially in the change room.. add your personal name to the door and address you accordingly!It was an enjoyable shopping experience

I had a great experience with Tara today. I went in for their bra sale and to check out their clearance. She was very patient with me and helped me find my perfect size, even though it was so hard to find because I was in between sizes, she never made me feel like I was being too much. I ended up settling with two bras and a pair of jeans. Thank you Tara! ❤️

Today I walked in here in hopes of finding a bra that fits me properly. I’ve always struggled with sizing. Morgan assisted me and she did an AMAZING job. She showed me options, and was very helpful during the entire process. I’m so happy with my purchase! Thanks Morgan!

Went in a couple days ago and not a lot of people were working. The one employee I did encounter was more interested to be on her phone than actually help out the customers. Was not welcomed or greeted into the store, or asked for any help while I was shopping.When I went up to pay is the only time I had an interaction with her. I really needed a dress for an event I had that day, or I would have left.She was a bit short, very long black hair, and I believe had a tattoo on her wrist or arm. Wish I had gotten her name!I have been shopping at torrid for a very long time, usually go to the bramalea location and never have any issues, as their customer service is amazing.

I came looking for a bra since I'm a large cup size. Unfortunately the brand doesn't carry my strap size. However, the sales associate was awesome! She was kind and helpful and I would recommend shopping here based off how fantastic she was!
