Completely unprofessional scheduling decisions and very poor communication with teams. Cowardly upper management hides behind counter staff, consistently driving away good, hard-working people because nobody wants to work for them. Very frustrating and would not be an acceptable standard for any other legitimate business.

Got a slap shot to my face and loss my tooth . I walk around now with a single tooth missing. Great place for ball hockey ! Love playing here

Sad to see this place go. Last season under wraps.Hope there will be another one in the Barrie area soon.

Been playing here since it opened when I was a kid. Used to be great but has gotten progressively worse year by year. Prices keep going up yet they have not done maintenance on the pads since it was opened. Gates won't close on some pads causing dangerous situations on the boards. Last but definitely not least is the refs. They used to call everything and it was good clean hockey but now they let people back and slash all over and as long as you are not bleeding no penalty. It's a shame losing a playoff game because the refs is best friends with other team. A very common occurance at Barrie Ball hockey. Hopefully something can be done about it because they let games get put of hand because of their poor judgement.

It's my daughters first year so far so good. Coaches are very inviting and easy to communicate with.

I absolutely love playing here but the refs are horrible. A certain two guys who know who they are. I'm getting you guys some glasses so you can do your job.

Cool place. Tad annoyed that they couldn't find my gift card after they changed their computer system, leaving me without a gift card or money refunded.

Easy access to parking, clean surfaces, great spot.

Listen I get it’s a reasonable price and they are doing their best to do things for the kids but the split between teams for young kids has to stopThey apparently have a mathematical formula for setting the teams but if that’s the case how do you have 6 teams close in wins and goals and one team so far behind that kids don’t want to play anymore12 games and a -54 goal spread. It’s just not right. Top scorer has 11 points, poor goalie gets peppered every game to the point it’s rediculousAs a league you have a responsibility to make sure kids under 13 at least have a chance at winning a game.It would be ok if the score was 6 to 5 or 7 to 4But every game is 10 to 1 or 9 to 0.That all said forget the fact it wasn’t even a full team at best they had 8 kids for most gamesMy son after 8 seasons now is done and that’s too bad.

I love watching my son play and excel at this game. Trouble is. The reffing is NEVER consistent. Missed calls, bad calls..super hard to understand and teach the kids when the refs and rules always seems to change. Please re-train your refs.. get on the same page... PLEASE!
