People at thia store are the best. My wife tskes her bunny in to see them and they live him up, i take my dog since she was a puppy just to visit them and she knows the store now so when we pull into the parking lot she knows shes going to visit some friends. My previous dog had cancer in her mouth and we went here to see what we could possibly do to help her extend her life as long as possible and they were so kind and helpful to us. Prices are fine but the peiple are extraordinary. That is what makes the difference when deciding where to shop.

After today, I will never shop elsewhere for my cats. My cat was diagnosed with severe food allergies, and as I was standing in the aisles reading all the cat food labels, Nicole came to the rescue. She has such sincere kindness and care. But she also had a vast amount of knowledge on all the brands and manufacturing processes of each. She spent a lot of time reviewing food with me and even gifted me with a very generous sample for my cat to try.I left feeling so cared for and was filled with hope for my precious allergy ridden kitty.A very big thank you to Nicole, who made me feel heard and valued today. This goes so much further than the sale ofll cat food.

Great place and specifically great team. They make sure they understand the need before recommending product. I have never seen them upselling.Nicole is great, she always go above and beyond to ensure that customers are taken care of.

This location is my dog's favourite pet store in Milton. No other store has the staff making your dog feel like the most important dog in the world. She loves the treats and pets!

Customer service is unmatched. Staff members are all very knowledgable and helpful, you know they care. When my cat was a baby, this location always had my go-to kitten food in stock, and now that she's older there's a great variety of cat food to try as well. Always enjoy my visits here :)

I can't say enough wonderful things about this location. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly but the real reason I buy from here is because of Nicole. She is so caring and compassionate about our fur babies. She always gives you an honest opinion and recommendation.
