Wiltse's-Brockville Glass

Shoddy workmanship. They had a difficult time finishing the job. It seems like they can't get people to do work for them. The install was not great and there were gaps and cold air coming in after the job was done. The screens where low-quality. I would definitely shop around before using this company.

Best customer service ever. From the start, with a Est to have front door replaced, to the install. All staff from owner to installers , very professional and very friendly service. Installers clean and very efficient. Recommend for all projects

I would never use Wiltse's ever again. The doors they installed has the rain pour through at the bottom. It couldn't be because they replaced the doors only and not the tandem that is molded with the doors??? They should have known they are one entire piece. They put in our season windows and they had to be redone by another company. Plus, they put in two other windows that had to be redone within the year. We ended up getting everything redone by Auben windows from Kingston. They were professional and we just love our triple pane argon filled European windows and doors. We can't say enough about Auben Windows. Will never look anywhere else. We didn't even want to give Wilte's a one star but had to in order to post this. Hope Wiltse's can do better in the future if they want to survive. We were not impressed with their double paned north star windows they used either. Extremely unprofessional!!

Terrible. If the job isn't big enough or bring in the money they want, they just don't show up. Twice now I've had this experience. First time I had an estimate done to replace a window, the guy said he'd beck to drop off written estimate, never showed up. Second time, needed a small pane of glass cut for an interior door; I was told it would be done in a day or two, never got done, even after I followed up. I guess some things are just not worth their time. ...But that just means I go elsewhere for the big jobs I need done and I let everyone know about their arrogance. Terrible business ethos.

Wiltse's is a good company and has very good employees!! They have had a problem at my house replacing a thermo pain glass but I'm sure they will have it looked after soon!

THE window glass place in Brockville. They moved to Hwy 29 (Stewart Blvd) location about a year ago, but website (which they've lost control of) doesn't reflect the change.

Door is fantastic! Installers were excellent. Sales rep should get some lessons on professional attire and his customer service was absent. I am in procurement so understand supply chain issues. (Door was ordered and paid for early June, installed late Feb). Months would pass and status was only provided when I pushed.

Unbelievable service at Wiltse's Brockville Glass. Unbelievably bad. Jun 2020 we ordered a storm door for the front of our house. Two months later (Aug) we called to see where it was. Due to Covid the manufacturer was delayed. O.k. possibly another month, we were told. September we called again. Still manufacturing delays, should be another month. Beginning of October we called again. Still manufacturing delays. No indication as to when the door would be delivered. We asked if they would complete the other (minor) things we had asked to be done - caulking the side window and installing new locks on the original door - as a sign of good faith. No response. We emailed them and indicated we had been very patient and indicated that we were the ones to do the calling. This was their response:Our administrator was kind enough to call about your door while you stood here so you know that the delay is directly due to Covid. It was mentioned that you would like the small jobs done as a show of good faith. We do not have the manpower to be running around doing small jobs then returning and completing the major jobs for our customers. It is our hope that our customers have faith in our company and know that we will complete all jobs once we have the materials and supplies to do so. We do not keep in constant contact with our customers as that would be nearly impossible. When customers call about their orders
