I have never had a bad experience here in my life. Neither has anyone else I know that's been here before. It seems that the lower reviews have had one or two bad experiences and think that because those things sucked it deserves a 1 star. It doesnt, its much better than the 1 star reviews would lead you to believe. I'm sure that the people who wrote those reviews were writing out of emotion. Anyway, good place, nice atmosphere, quick service, free coffee. What more can you ask for?

I've been banking with WFCU for decades. Our personal accounts, by business account & mortgage are here. WFCU staff are always friendly & happy to see us. If I have to call in, I get the same great service.The branch layout changes from stand up tellers to sit-down rooms added a level of comfort & privacy I appreciate. I'm always confident I'm getting great services & helpful advice.I do have some constructive criticism though.- The Android app has not worked properly on my last 2 (different) models of Android phones (Moto X Play & Motorola Edge+).- The Eva fee changes were unfortunate. Though I do keep enough minimum balance to avoid most fees other than on my business account. But eTransfer fees NEED to come down, these have become a common fact of life & the fees add up fast.- The website & online banking needs a refresh, though I'm a web developer & I'm biased.Invest those EVA fees into modernizing the tech a bit folks.All in all, I wouldn't bank anywhere else. The people at WFCU are top notch.

I’d give it 0 stars but it made me chose at least one. In the last 2 months they’ve put a hold on my account because I « didn’t bring in my birth certificate «  but I did 3 TIMES. So if you never want to be able to do online banking, not be able to use your debit, or constantly get calls saying you never brought it in, then this is the bank for u!!I must say tho all the other locations are awesome, so anything other then the LaSalle one and you should be good!

Whatever you do do NOT talk with Toni Parlee. We were looking for a car loan to buy a used vehicle and this was our first time doing so. She wouldn’t answer questions, she was rude and condescending. Asked personal questions that didn’t even pertain to the loan (why my boyfriend was out sick for a day from work the one week). Did not respond to us in a timely matter in anyway and when we finally did speak to her on the phone, and addressed these issues she just said she would transfer me to a manger and then just hung up on us. I left WFCU years ago because of this and now my boyfriend will be leaving as well. We have already been in contact with CIBC about this and can say the experience is 10 times better.Update: just got off the phone with assistant manager Delilah who didn’t even listen to our concerns. I couldn’t even get a full sentence in to explain the problems we were having. I’ve worked in customer service and just can’t believe the way that they talked with their customers. Please go to a different branch or leave WFCU entirely. There is way better with better customer service out there.

Staff is always nice inside, but wfcu is stuck in the past. I should be able to pay my bills same day. I should be able to bank online easily. I should be able to walk in without downloading a completely separate app that isn't connected to the online banking one to come into wfcu. Since covid, There are extra steps to everything. There are hidden fees. There have been no significant updates or changes to technology, or anything in the 8 years i've been banking here, other than adding even more barriers. It's not a vip club. It's a credit union. A credit union that's costing me more money than a bank every month, that doesn't give me the ease of banking online in 2023.

The people there have always been polite to me. I have never had to wait long to speak to someone. I love their online banking and the fact that they dont charge you like the big banks do. I would highly recommend switching over to Windsor Family Credit Union.
