Would highly recommend not using this dealership. Layne Burtch is awful to deal with and does not look after his customers.Sept 2022 - I purchased a brand new BX23S kubota tractor with accessories from Layne (approx 45k) . Original sale was normal and on par with my expectations.Upon delivery I reviewed the tractor myself and found a number of issues due to a very poor PDI. I emailed my findings to Layne (I was not asking for any sort of reimbursement just giving an FYI). Layne replied “that is what warranty is for”. I couldn’t believe it! No apology or explanation for the poor work man shop! After all wouldn’t you expect a correctly assembled tractor with it being brand new? Due to his poor means of handling this it really set the tone.Fast forward to the end of Feb 2023 - more issues arise! This is a brand new tractor, with 22hrs on it and only used residential. Next thing I know there is a hydraulic system failure!!! A hydraulic cylinder bent! And caused extreme damage. Being mechanically inclined I diagnosed the issue and noticed that again the cylinder failed due to incorrect install.I emailed Layne with my disappointment and he tried to arrange pick up of the tractor (that I would have to pay for) I refused and told Layne all I wanted was to exchange the failed component as I didn’t trust him or his shop! He refused and said warranty work would not be covered unless the full tractor went in! And that they also wanted a 2nd chance at fixing the tractor/going over it to ensure it would be perfect!Layne agreed to pay the coverage on pick up/drop off and did have the tractor dropped off quickly (2 days) however when it was returned they still incorrectly installed the hydraulic hoses and caused one to prematurely start failure + they never changed the hydraulic oil or filter after a system failure!!! Again his response was “that’s what warranty is for”I called Layne again and brought that the hoses were wrong and that they never did an oil change. It ended up in a big argument and with Layne hanging up on me.I will never deal with this company again and would highly recommend going elsewhere!All I expect is what I paid for - a brand new tractor that is correctly assembled / built by professional kubota techs.Literally wouldn’t trust these guys with my push mower

Bought a RTV 900 last year. After 3 weeks the fuel filter leaked diesel all over my shop floor. They charged me to pick it up and repair it. They charged $450 for a PDI that should have spotted it. Had to argue that they pay for picking up and fixing their bad PDI and warranty repair. The service person I first talked to even asked did you try to change the fuel filter?" What a stupid question!!! On a new vehicle for my business why would I want to do anything to it. Then I had to argue with the book keeper there as they screwed up the credit. DON'T deal with them. I'm done with that dealer!!!"

Time and fuel wasting clowns.Called there to get a price to replace the recoil cord on my snowblower and the guy says ,Sure no problem

I bought a used skidsteer from them which ended up having an issue with the injector pump. I called and spoke to them and they helped cover some of the cost with no haggling at all. I was happy with the outcome and it was more than they had to do. Good customer service. Thank you.

Just to let you know I was at your service centre last Tuesday. The young gentleman (who has an interesting tattoo on his arm) was extremely helpful. I had difficulty starting my hedge trimmer and he resolved the problem very quickly. My compliments to the courtesy & service.
