At 8:25pm 4-12-23 just west of Midway BC, heading west, I encountered an ACE truck driving below the speed limit loaded, so I went to legally pass him. First he put his foot to the floor to speed up and block me. NEXT, HE SWERVED OVER INTO THE ONCOMING LANE TO TRY AND FORCE ME INTO THE DITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had it been an inexperienced driver he could have killed someone. This organization needs to get this monster off the road ASAP!!!

I can always count on Ace Courier to bring my shipments on time and with out a bunch of broken pieces. As the owner of Spruced Kitchens I count on businesses like Ace to get the job don’t right so I can proceed with mine. Always courteous and willing to accommodate. I won’t use any other delivery company!

Our laboratory is thankful for and we depend on ACE's service.Transport time is extremely important and they get the coolers to uswithin critical time limits. The employees are pleasant, professional and we highly recommend them

If you're looking for a courier service for specialized or regular items, you have to consider ace courier services. I had an item shipped overnight from medicine hat to Castlegar it was bulky and heavy and the cost was very reasonable. Staff was very accommodating

Over the past few years I have purchased items that were bulky or unable to have the seller unable to properly package the item(s) and Ace has always managed to secure the items on a pallet and get them to me. Thanks Ace Courier!

Pickup went smoothly, all good but it is very noisy- even in the office !

Lost our 2 Boxes. Ace sat on our boxes for 6+ weeks before finding and delivering them only after numerous enquires. Very frustrating.

I am totally upset with this company. They did not deliver our electric bikes to our home as what we paid for. Which is an expensive occurance.They didn't phone me prior to delivering my order as instructed. But to be told that my order was delivered to the local Highways Maintenance Company location in Winlaw?I phoned the company to just to inquire where my shipment status was.But to be told they can not come down my Telford Road, which is a maintain road. Like what the heck!Plus to be told their local Depot place closed down. So what does that have to do me and my order.In the future I will ask for an another courier first , to deliver my goods before I will use them again.Deb PeeblesWinlaw, BC

We left our daughter with Grandma in Castlegar and forgot to leave her suitcase. ACE courier in Cranbrook had a good laugh at our expense and then shipped the suitcase back at no change. Amazing service and great people. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

Ace continually failed to notify us when packages where delivered, in one case a box was left in a snowbank at site. In addition when called i was given attitude and no solutions from dispatcher..
