The Executive Rental Apartments

I have lived here since last July and we recently switched from CLV group to Golpro holdings - our property managers in the last few months from Camry have been super amazing at helping fix issues in the building and keeping us informed about any renovations, testing, cleaning, etc. My experience here has significantly improved since Golpro acquired the building, but even before that I loved my unit - it is super large and has bright windows and is overall a great place to live.

I have been at the Executive for a few years now. The building is okay. I have seen three building managers. The last pair were really quite poor. But I am giving this building a 5-star review because of the current building manager, Ashleigh Morgan. Ashleigh is responsive, exceptionally friendly, and puts in a lot of work to keep the building in good shape. Ashleigh genuinely cares about the tenants of the building and it shines through. Thank you Ashleigh for all you do, it is appreciated.

I lived in the building for almost 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say. When I first moved in, my unit was very clean and repainted, and everything was functioning as it should. The building is very clean and quiet. Ashleigh Morgan the resident manager is awesome ! She was very responsive both through email and phone; she always answered my questions in a timely manner and was a delight to talk to !

I love our unit at the executive very much. It is super cozy and in a great location! My favorite part about the building would have to be our amazing building manager, Ashleigh Morgan. Ashleigh is very supportive and for the people. She gets S**t done around here! It is always a pleasure to pass her by in the hallways or lobby. Ashleigh has made our rental experience very pleasant and we are very thankful to have her!

This place is great! The units are huge, the cleanliness & maintenance of the building is magnificent, I rarely hear anyone on my floor, I’ve even left my laundry in the washer and someone was nice enough to pay for it & put it in the drier for me, who does that these days lol. Everyone in the building is very friendly to new comers but wait until you meet the kindest most caring of all, Ashleigh Morgan (the property manager.) She’s ALWAYS there if you need any guidance & is extremely reliable. Any concerns I’ve had about my unit she’d have fixed for me in less than a day! Thank you Hollyburn properties for making me feel so safe in my home /neighbour hood with Ashleigh around. You won’t regret moving here.Jay

This Building is amazing and we absolutely love living here! It's very clean, the units are large and inviting, and the location is great! The Resident Manager Ashleigh Morgan is fantastic! Building is in a good location and condition. Really nice area.The resident manager here, Ashleigh, is amazing. I wasn't able to view the property in person before moving in but she showed me everything via FaceTime. She toured the inside and outside, answered a multitude of my questions and also helped me with the application process. She responds to all concerns in a timely manner.Good place to live.

I have just moved in but honestly been receiving the best residential support services of my life with hollyburn Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a request I have received a prompt response. Ashleigh the resident manager goes above and beyond . She made sure my transition went smoothly quickly. She ensured that I have an optimal living environment that's very friendly. I intend to continue renting from hollyburn's Executive. I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with the Executive, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

So it is with experience that I write to commend the work of Ashley Morgan as someone with great work ethics, integrity and wonderful people skills. She is always cheerful and happy to bend backwards to help.
