Kumon Math and Reading Centre of Richmond - Garden City

Worst center and the people ladies working at the main desk has no empathy.

I will give them a zero if possible, Worst attitude , rude to kid if parent not be there.

They have the worst communication and not ready to understand your situation. They are just there to make money nothing else. I am glad for their rude and unprofessional behavior, I am never sending my kids to this center again.

My child had been attending this center for the past 5 years. She started with a low confidence level but has progressed to enjoying her math studies. I have found the staff to be informative, professional and supportive for my child.

My two children have progressed steadily in this center and they now enjoy math. The progress that I have seen both with their work and at school has made me wonder why I didn't enroll them in sooner.

I’m very grateful to both amazing wonderful Kumon teachers (Ms. Lydia Wong & Mr. Keith Wong) and their staffs at Garden City Kumon. My kids have been successful and passionate in Mathematics because of the teaching, guidance & the support they get from Garden City Kumon. I’m so pleased of what my kids are achieving through Kumon. They’re not only gaining math skills beyond their grade levels, but also building up their confidence, independence and accountability. Thank you for shaping my children’s characters along the way! Years well spent in Kumon :)I would highly recommend Garden City Kumon to all parents to set a strong and solid foundation for your children’s academic development. A big thank you to Lydia & Keith for sharing your talent and your continuous hard work to teach the younger generations. You guys are awesome and our children’s role models.

If I could give them 0 I would no customer service the front desk is very rude. They don’t want to know or listen your concerns all they are behind the works sheets and money
