Provided prompt and cordial piano moving service on relatively short notice. Excellent experience overall. Also when it comes to piano restoration, Harout knows how to turn something rough into something that looks, sounds, and feels excellent.

Family business. Parking available but limited. You can show up without an appointement. It's an acoustic piano store, no digital, guitars or anything else. It's all about the piano. Actually, it feels like a piano workshop that happen to sells piano in the way because as mention in another comments, there is really no pressure for sale. Mr. Nalbandian is passionate about piano. Maybe he loves them too much for his own good and we might share that in common.There is a good variety of second hand piano for all budget and an intriguing affordable new piano brand named Ernst Krause, Berlin (and not Ritmuller as mention on the website at the time of my visit) that I invite you to try if you are not already fixed on a more renowned brand.I've tried a second hand piano. There was a note that was very out of tune. Mr. Nalbandian heard it from the back of store and came immediately to tune it without asking. I can see that he's ready to go above and beyond for customer services.M. Nalbandian is not afraid of challenges when you take a look at his workshop. I'm feeling bad for leaving only 4 stars but I haven't purchase anything or use his technician skills yet. Thanks for the visit.

I've had several of my own pianos tuned and repaired by Harout, as well as several others for which I'm responsible in a professional capacity. He does an excellent job, the prices are very reasonable, and he really takes the time to explain what he's doing with the piano and why. It's a family business, and they've done a great job of accommodating us in tough spots.

The best thing you can do for your piano is to have Narout Nalbandian take care of it. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and technically head and shoulders above other piano tuners who have come in to tune my piano. On top of all that, he is kind, friendly and very passionate about his business. He takes the time to explain and demonstrate what he is talking about. I’m thrilled to have found him, and am finally relieved to know that my piano will now always be in good hands!

We've had their gentlemen come for a piano tuning, and also assisting with a move.The tuning was excellent, and they even advised us about a tricky key that was likely to sour again soon. The piano is from 1920, so this was not unexpected.The move was very reasonably priced for an 800 pound beast, and they were so gentle with our piano that it barely needed to be tuned when it was delivered! They moved regular furniture as well as the piano, and were extremely polite.

We just bought our second piano from Harout and both experiences were wonderful. Mr. Nalbandian is extremely knowledgeable about pianos, and his passion for the instrument shines through in his business. The service is efficient, friendly, and personalized. We would not go anywhere else to purchase a piano or have it tuned. Simply the best in Montreal.
