I went here with very little experience, trying to get a gift for my friend's birthday. My friend was a very experienced 3D printer so I wasn't sure what to get for someone with such experience. I was met with great in depth service, and was given a very practical and insightful explanation on what I was buying and why it was good. This is a great place where starters can get the help they need and experienced folk can interact with somebody who hands down knows what they're doing/talking about.

Kris did an amazing job with my order! And the price was very agreeable especially given how quickly the order was completed. Definitely using Union 3D Printing as my go-to for all my model needs.

Beyond thrilled with my experience with this shop. After leaving the city empty handed and without any real clear direction, we messaged this shop and are so very happy. Not only did we leave with what we came to the city for, but also left with confidence and guidance for our first successful prints. Was shown a tutorial on how to setup, key factors to look for and which settings likely would need first adjustments (coming into this with absolute zero knowledge) as of this moment I'm 2 calibration prints in and am 10 hours into a big print for my daughter's biology project. The time was taken to make sure all of our questions were answered, very knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend and will be returning!!

Chris was thorough and direct when we discussed the part I needed printed, and the service was very quick and super reasonably-priced. I'd lost a valve component to an inflatable float that couldn't be found anywhere online, but with the new 3D printed part, the float inflates and holds air again without any issues. Very pleased with this service, won't be hesitating to call next time I need another little part like this again, I'd recommend Union 3D Printing to anyone seeking this kind of work done.
