We ordered chocolate for Eid. The presentation was good and the packaging was high quality. The chocolate was average and for the cost I expected something of a higher quality. Overall good experience, the owner was able to serve us well. I would not order again though just because of the cost.UPDATE: Owner reached out to us to offer compensation. We declined but we appreciated the thoughtfulness. +1 star for customer service!

The best chocolates I have ever ordered and tasted, multiple flavors and colors are available. Costumer service is amazing and they really work from their hearts to give their customers their very best work they can give. I am very happy with what I have received!

So far we’ve experienced excellent customer service from Mr.Chocolate. Fast communications and replies, a variety of options when it came to choosing our chocolate wrappers. Delivery of our chocolates (across the city) were readily available. The best price amongst all the other personalized chocolate vendors I’ve come across. I’m beyond content with my choice to get our party favours from here.

By far the best chocolatier I have ever dealt with. They are extremely customer service oriented and answer my inquiries in an instant. The chocolate is fantastic and professionally wrapped. I recommend Mr. Chocolate for your chocolate needs!

Chocolate wasn't worth the price. You're really paying for the presentation - which was well done (hence 3 stars).UPDATE: Owner reached out to me and offered me compensation for my experience. Declined the offer, however I appreciate the hustle and dedication. Changing to 4 stars due to customer service.

The best chocolatier ever. The best customer service I experienced. Quick delivery. They answer quickly to your questions. They took time to discuss the designs with me throughout the process. I highly recommend them for your happy moments to be more happy. I wish I knew them earlier but it is never late :)
