The worst Company I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, rude, slow, poor workmanship, always late, always complaining, workers arguing with each other. Owner has no sense of costumer service. AVOID TEK PRO

Tekpro-DKI – I do NOT recommend for roofing work!!!In autumn 2018, while reroofing our house, Tekpro-DKI did not put underlay as specified in our contract, damaged some screens, the patio door, the awning, some of our siding and the neighbours, AND did not follow through with their roofing warranty.In spring 2019 only when WE followed up, they came back to redo the underlay and repaired the siding. But, they did not attend to a leakage in the valley causing mould issues. After 18 months of contacts to no avail, we lost confidence in their empty promises. We contracted with another company.If only Tekpro-DKI would have honored their warranty and their good reputation. We were very satisfied with their work on our flood recovery back in early spring 2018.If only Tekpro-DKI would have honored their warranty, it would have taken less time to repair than to deal with all the negative contacts that followed this unacceptable situation! – 18 months of calls, e-mails and text messages!!! Did I mention that within one month of contracting with another company, it took only half a day to repair.The additional cost to us was $2700.00 PLUS lots of negative time, stress and anxiety!The cost to Tekpro-DKI…they lost productive time, future business from us and now maybe others?On august 17, 2020 we informed Tekpro and DKI of our experience and the huge cost that we incurred. We still did not hear back from them???TIP - make sure your insurance company never pays a contractor before you approve the work they have done! The scenario could have been so different…

2 months ago I had a fire in my bathroom and had my insurance call them to pack and pick up all my things to clean from the smell of smoke and to store my items till I could find a new place to live. As I got all my things back I noticed some things where damaged and several items missing. Some of the damages were a scratch in my new desk, my filling cabinet handles pulled off and some dents and scratches on my new stainless steal fridge I got last year. (Prior to them moving out my fridge I only had 1 dent and no scratches.) When they where moving it out they put no protection blanket over it to keep from scratching.As for my things, I did get a full refund back from the company after weeks of trying to figure out where my items all went. I am still questioning as to this. But I am relieved that this chapter has finally came to a close.But I will say the staff where really nice when moving me out and moving me into my new apartment.Would not recommend.

When I explained a very simple matter to him he called me confused and hung up on me. Lol...he couldn't understand in both languages.

Worked on my Mothers roof a year ago, and it leaked after. They came and punched a hole in her ceiling to let the water out and assured her they would be back....and we wait a year later....

Stay away from this company. Deceitful and very poor work.
