My previous Desjardins agent was the problem and I transferred my policies to Anita Ip. Before the transfer request, I called many Desjardins agents in Calgary but only this location answered my phone and the admin kindly advised me on how to transfer my profile/policies within Calgary. After Anita received my policies, she promptly reviewed them and I noticed that there was incorrect information on my documents. Overall, I like the way they communicate with me, their response time, and their kindness. I would highly recommend this agent and her team!
