Medscan Medical Imaging

Worst place ever. They did my scan on June 21 Wednesday. I am still waiting for my medical reports. Yesterday I called them and they said that reports will be available tonight to my doctor. When I called today the receptionist said the doctor is on a vacation who did your scan so it gonna take few more days. I have such a bad experience. I was earlier concerned about this place after reading all the reviews provided by public.

Absolutely terrible. The reception was clueless. I would never recommend anyone to come here. Don't waste your time. Receptionist has no care for the elderly

We drove up from America for our immigration physical. Dr Ana made us feel comfortable and explained everything to us. Although they’re very busy, she checked on me a few times during the process. I really appreciate it! Dr Ana was very kind and the whole process went smoothly!

I had a very bad experience. I had an Ultrasound booked a week ago. When I went at 11:40 am for my appointment I was been asked to come after 30 min. When asked why the delay the receptionist was very rude. I requested to postpone it to a later time that day the receptionist told me that we are very busy you can come in the evening at 6 pm. When I said I will come after 30 min as my appointment was already booked I was been told that we cannot predict It can take more than 30 min. I would not recommend anyone to go their

Worst place to go, staff members are rude with bad attitude. I had an appointment at 4 and I didn’t go in until 5 plus i was holding my pee since 3:50 because I had to do an ultrasound. Don’t go here !!!!!!!

I had a great experience at Medscan today when I went in for an X-ray. The staff was great and kind. I recommend going for imaging needs!

I was 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant and went to get my anatomical ultrasound done and was 20mins late and they refused to take me. It was a Friday. I had a full bladder and was turned away. When I arrived they had another client in the room doing an ultrasound so they were not waiting for me as they had started another client. My prior ultrasound to this one I had to wait over an hour as they had double booked and I had to sit with a full bladder for that long. Imagine being pregnant and having to go through this situation. That day I also missed my blood work that I needed to do with that ultrasound due to them being late and I was turned away for me being 20mins late for my other appointment. So they refused to take me that Friday and the Tuesday following that Friday I had a stillbirth. so I was turned away from my ultrasound and lost my baby a few days later. My ultrasound might have detected that something was wrong but due to them turning me away I have to live with the thought of what if you guys have just done my ultrasound maybe my baby would still be alive today.

The technicians here look miserable and cannot do their jobs properly. Imagine you had a serious issue and they don’t even do your tests properly and send wrong results to your doctor.They took 6 business days to send my ultrasound report over to my doctor when they told me it will take only 2 business days. My doctor had to call them for the results. On top of that, they messed up my ultrasound!! It was all wrong and didn’t even mention my prior history of an ultrasound which I had done with them 8 weeks ago! My doctor and I were pretty upset.

did my X-ray here yesterday. Was able to do it quick in and out. Good service and efficient. Easy place to access.
