Campbell’s Gold Honey Farm and Meadery

Not your typical mom and pop farmer’s market honey store. They have all the bees wax candles, bee themed trinkets, but this place also does mead tastings. Book a appointment, much like you’d do at a winery, and go in expecting very delicious tastings. Mead can be sweet, dry, flavoured and very strong. Plan to buy a bottle or two, and I recommend buying smaller bottles but more varieties.Outside you can walk the field where they have grape vines and bee hives. As long as you don’t walk aggressively (suddenly, and with large movements) then the bees from the hives will leave you alone - but this might be hard for little ones to follow. Otherwise, it’s a nice walk around the grapes while you wait for a mead tasting.

Thank you so much!They offer mead tasting for $7 (March 2023). Great if you’re like us and have never tried.They carry many types of mead, honey, beeswax products. Would recommend!

The lovely woman that helped us on Saturday went above and beyond. First, she suggested we taste the mead to choose the one we liked best, we ended up choosing a different one than we were originally going to buy. Although both were delicious! Then she gave me the best advice about starting beekeeping. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Such a fantastic place! The mead is absolutely delicious! Place has a warm family feel to it and they are very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I completely recommend and definitely will be back!

Beautiful store with a ton of products. Owner/staff are just the best. The honey is the best I've ever had and I've had a lot of honey. They got mead wine, candles, and all your honey needs. It's our families spot for all our honey needs
