They are the worst people to deal with ever. I'm the one still with all the pain not them but what do I know it's my body. They put me back to work in 2006 and I've never been the same.I deal with pain in my neck and arms and now my whole body aches because of what they made me do cleaning can you imagine my armed were hurting so bad and then my hips legs .I can say they even had someone taking pics of me like they think I'm stupid you people are not a doctor so stop thinking you are, you are only labor workers because you have no idea how my life is has been and I blame you people. Stop hurting people.

They took a cut of my pay even tho I got nothing through them and was back to work with a broken bone the next day. Personally they did absolutely nothing for me.

Personally didn't do anything for me. Had a case open for about two months due to back problems. My case manager kept calling a number I hadn't lived at in over a decade (a number I didn't even give him) to try and contact me. He would never answer my phone calls to him EVER (always went to his voicemail that said he was out of office every single time I'd call during working hours) except for one time. Even after getting in touch with him that single time and giving him MY correct phone number, he only called me once on it before reverting to calling the other number that, again, I haven't even lived at since roughly 2007 and I did not put on the initial form I filled out for my workplace injury, so I have no idea how he even got it in the first place. My physiotherapist had told me that my case manager was going to close my case because I apparently met the demands of my job (even though my physiotherapist wanted to continue with me because my pain was, and still is, worsening to the point where I am losing hours every week due to pain). WCB closed the case because my case manager always called the wrong number looking for me, and would never return my own calls to him when I'd try to call him. Dealing (or lack of dealing...) with him made my experience with the WCB absolutely garbage and my case manager was either incompetent or forgetful for failing to understand the difference between my phone number and someone else's for two months straight after multiple voicemail reminders from me and a verbal reminder from the one time I was actually able to talk to him.If I ever get another workplace injury again, I'm not dealing with the WCB again out of fear I'll get the same stupid case manager. I'd LOVE to name drop him, but I won't since I feel those details should be kept out of a public review.WCB, if you want me to have good communication with a case manager, give me one who actually a) answers his phone and b) calls my actual phone number when trying to reach out to me/return my calls.

I was injured at work over 2 years ago, I was misdiagnosed by the occupational nurse at work and now I live with the pain on a daily basis, I went through tier 1,2&3 and ended up with more injuries then when I went into the program, I was told there is nothing more they can do I will have to deal with the pain, I have had denervation to 8 facet joints to help with the pain, they worked for a period of time but the pain is now back, I have taken a cut in pay by giving up 20% of my full time job because I can not handle the pain, I have called my case worker and she never gets back to me, I was hurt on the job, I went through all the programs that was offered and now I suffer with other issues do to my body trying to compensate with the pain. I feel frustrated with the system. I had to have my Dr. put me on modified hours, 2 days on and 1 day off just to get through the week and I have been living on IB Profin for the past 2 years which is no longer working, I tried celebrex and had a lot of side effects. I am only 43 and have many years of work left, how and I going to make it the next 24 years if I can barely get by now. Doesn't seem fair that I suffer each day because there is nothing more they can do.I did have a call from a call center on Workers Comps behalf and have explained all that I went through and was told this would be discussed but no one has responded to the poor rate I gave the system, my case worker told me when I was finished tier 3 that she would have a meeting in a months time and let me know what they discussed. I have not heard a word and that was months ago.

Was hurt at age of 19. Long story short, was treated for a wrist sprain at first, which turned out to be Complex Regional Pain Syndrome after further study. I have seen many doctors, specialists and occupational therapists who all agree on my condition. But WCB likes the sprain diagnosis so all my new medical is ignored it seems. Refused a return to work program that I didn't meet 10% weight requirement to do and my doctors and therapists all backed me up with reports and letters. WCB claims I should have done it anyway, despite my doctors and physiotherapist claiming it was unsafe.I have spent the last 15 years trying hopelessly to work jobs like security but my injury causes me to miss a lot of work and I keep getting let go. I live in constant pain. I am always worried I will end up homeless with one wrong turn.WCB workers lie to you constantly and will do anything they can to end your claim. Protect yourself and get everything in writing and record your phone calls with them.

Dealing with WCB has been insanely stressful and downright ridiculous. This experience has done nothing to help me heal and move on with my life. In fact, all it has done is hold me back, force me to fight for every cent and defend myself at every turn.First of all, my online account (the one that they try to force you to use for everything) has not worked since the beginning. I log on and my claim, messages, forms, etc... just do not exist on it. I have called the general help line countless times, talked to IT and sent screenshots of what was happening. It has never gotten fixed and my case workers have continued to try to contact me online despite a note" being put on my account in regards to my inability to use it.My case was open for a year and then closed because I moved out of the province. I did not

Lied to,They collaborate with your employer in order not to pay you. This is nothing more than an insurance company that cares more about the dollar than you. We should not have to pay these people.
